Perchance To Dream
This is not the first time that Haruka
has been sorely tempted to leave his dead-drunk master where he lies.
Which, strangely even for Ichinomiya Kantarou, down-on-his-luck
exorcist and erstwhile folklorist, is in the middle of a wood on the
outskirts of town.
Without so much as an exasperated sigh, he
kneels to lift the prone form, and does not expect to be pulled down
by a surprisingly strong grasp on his collar as Kantarou whispers
into his ear:
"Isn't it nice to return to nature?"
The
last thing Kantarou sees before his eyes close are great dark wings
unfurling around him.
