The Final Countdown
So I came up with this idea after listening to Europe's "The Final Countdown." It's the trailer for my next story. I hope you enjoy! Oh, and review as always!
~Lady Quyn~...
Kiba walked down the street, his hands in his pockets, head hung low. Had the others forgotten? About Paradise? He was deprived from his thoughts, for he heard a shout. He looked up and saw a boy running toward him.
The boy bumped into him. They both fell to the ground. "Hey, watch where you're going, kid," Kiba complained, standing. "Sorry," the boy said sheepishly. Kiba helped him stand. That's when he saw who it was: "Toboe," he whispered. "Yep." Toboe grinned. "How did you know it was me?" he asked. "I don't know," Kiba replied. "Where are the others?"
"Back home," Toboe told him. "We could still to it, you know," Kiba reminded him. "What?" The young wolf was puzzled. "Find Paradise." Kiba's voice was hoarse.
"What if it doesn't exist?" Toboe countered. "It does," Kiba said sharply. "Let's go find the others. We can try again." Kiba started running. Toboe followed him. Soon they arrived at a small house. Everyone was gathered inside. "Guys," Kiba said, "let's do this."
"Do what?" asked Tsume flatly. "Let's go to Paradise." Kiba sounded confident. "You're right," said Blue. "We should at least try." Kiba nodded but said nothing. "Let's go," Tsume said firmly.
