"Dixie. We need to talk". Said Jeff Jarrett.

"What's on your mind?". Dixie asked.

"I've been doing a lot of thinking. And I think it's time we go and get someone who will bring in more wrestling talent. Someone who can help promote us better and find us a TV company to advertise us more. Because Spike TV ain't cutting it. And we hardly have money to spend on signing male or female wrestlers".

"What do you mean? We're bringing in money". Said dixie as she found herself shocked and offended.

Jeff sighed. "Dixie. We're barely bringing in over 500 people. And we have no video game deal with any video game company. We don't even have a company that will make our company action figures! Dixie, look at what's happening to us!". Jeff exclaimed.

"I'm trying , Jeff!". Dixie raised her voice.

"No. You're not. You signed these iconic used to be wrestlers to these heavy contracts. And they can barely do anything in the ring, anymore. We need to rebuild our company".

"What are you saying, Jeff?". Dixie snapped.

"Dixie. I'm firing you". Said Jeff.

Dixied sighed softly. As her eyes started to water. "Jeff..."

"I'm sorry , doll. We need to move in a different direction. We don't have the money to get ourselves out of debt, but we are re-branding this company. It's time for you and this company to go in a different path".

Dixie nodded. "Okay". She said softly.

Jeff handed her, her pink slip and gave her a hug. "I wish you the best in everything you do". Jeff said.

"Thank you, hon. Same for you. And I'm sorry it didn't work out". Dixie started to cry.

"Me too".

Dixie packed up her desk and and went to go to her car. She turned around and looked at the impact wrestling headquarters in Nashville. "I'm gonna miss this place". Dixied turned back around and left back to her home.

"Okay". Said Jeff. "We need someone who knows wrestling. Someone who can make an impact right away".

"What about Tristan Green?". Asked Jeff's son, Jerry.

"What company does he work for?". Asked Jeff.

"Ring of Honor. There is a rumor that WWE wanted to sign him to work for creative and sign talent. But he declined. Here's his resume".

Jerry handed Jeff Tristan's resume. Jeff looked through it.

"Wow! I'm impressed with this guy. Get him on the phone".

Jerry called Tristan. And Tristan answered on the second ring. "Hello?".

"Hey, Tristan! Jerry Jarrett from Impact wrestling here! My dad and I looked at your resume. And we feel like you'll be a great fit for us. We need help. And we need it badly. The job is yours if you want it. What do you say?".

"I'll take it". Said Tristan.

"Great!". Jerry smiled. "Welcome to Impact Wrestling. You start...On Monday morning".
