James Potter
and the Mysterious Dream

Sirius let out a loud, long yawn. "Hey, Wormtail, what time is it?" Peter looked at his watch. "Eleven o' clock," he answered Sirius sleepily. Suddenly, there was a loud noise. "What was that?" said Peter in alarm. Remus laughed. "It's only Prongs. Fell asleep on top of his book," Remus said. The four of them had been awake since five that morning. Now they were in the common room trying to study. "Let's give it a rest. Prongs needs it the mo-" SNORE. Remus was interrupted by James. "Name him Harry...he's not famous..." James snored loudly. Sirius shook him awake. "Huh? Where's da fire?" James yawned. They dragged James up to the dormitory where they got dress and went to sleep.
James looked around. He was in a cupboard and there was a four-year-old boy in there crying. In fact, the boy looked just like James. He put his hand on the boy's shoulder. "What's wrong?" he asked. The little boy looked up at him. He looked like James, but he had green eyes and there was a lightening bolt scar on his head. "I-I was ea-eating bweakfast and Du-Dudley's food dis-dissapeared and Aunt Petunia thought I ate it. And now I gotta say here for thwee weeks," the little boy cried. James sat next to him. "You must be a wizard," James said. "A what?" the little boy asked, looking confused. "Someone who can do magic, a wizard" James said. Then something hit him. Petunia was Lily's sister, wasn't she? And this boy looks a lot like me, but with Lily's eyes..."How old are you?" Asked the little boy. "Fourteen," James replied. "What's your name?" the little boy asked. "James. What's yours?" James said. "James, I like dat name. My name is Harry."
James sat up. "What's the matter?" Sirius asked, "Bad dream?" "No. More like a weird dream," James said.
