A quick Hunter and Dustin romance, a power rangers fanfic

It would be nice if we could put away and throw out

everything except what really mattered, but

reality is just cruel.

Dustin had his arms wrap around Hunter. His head leaning against his Hunter's chest listening to the beating of his heart. Hunter had on hand on the back of Dustin's head and the other one was on his waist. Both of them were slowly dancing with the sounds of soft music.

"Does Cam know were doing this?" Dustin asked. Hunter laughed.

"No. His out with the others at the movies and sensei out some where doing whatever he does when his alone." Hunter then kisses Dustin on top of the head. Dustin smiled and pulled him closer to his own body.

In such times,

I see you laughing

whenever I close my eyes.

Until the day I reach eternal sleep,

that smiling face will

have to stay with me without fail.

"Hunter how long have we been together?" Dustin asked looking up at Hunter's face. Hunter thought about for a few seconds.

"About six months now," Hunter answered with a smile. Dustin returns the smile.

"Wow has it been that long already?" Hunter ran a hand threw Dustin's hair.

"I Know it seems like when I'm with you time has no meaning or place."

People are all sad, so

they go and forget, but--

For that which I should love,

For that which gives me love, I will do what I can.

Dustin took one of his hands and pressed it against Hunter's check and rubs it.

"Your one of the best things that ever happen in my life. You do know that right?" Hunter press one of his hands against Dustin's hand.

"Yes and you're the best thing to ever happen to me lover." Dustin gently pulls Hunter's head down and lifts his own head. Both of there lips meet and they softly kiss.

Back then, when we met,

it was all awkward.

We went the long way, didn't we?

We got hurt, didn't we?

Dustin pulls his head back slowly and said,

"I remember when you asked me out. You were such a neverous wreck and you breath a deep sigh of relief when I said yes." Hunter smiled and ran his hand threw Dustin's hair.

"Yeah I remember and if memory serves me right we went out for cheese burgers that night." Dustin laughs at Hunter comment.

"Yeah nothing like grease burgers for a romantic dinner," Hunter chuckled. After a moment of slow dancing Hunter suddenly said,

"I love you Dustin and I want to be with you for the rest of my life." Dustin's smile grew bigger.

"I love you too and I know you're my soul mate in this life time and next and the next after that." Hunter bent down and began to kiss Dustin. For the rest of the night they slow danced and kissed. Knowing that they were going to be together for the rest of their lives.
