That Raw Feeling

A story about a broken young girl, and a broken young man, realizing after years of friendship, true love budded in the toughest of times. Their journey through the hardships of past relationships, family, and sexual endeavours, leading to a life of bliss.

Prologue

We spend years of our lives searching high and low for that feeling. The tickle in your stomach, the tightening in your chest. A sensation, not everyone has had the joy of experiencing. Such tremendous, overwhelming feelings. The typical four letter word, LOVE.
As many may believe me to be naive, hopeless, struggling to find true love. My definition surpasses the roses, chocolates, whispering sweet nothings to one another, picnics in the sun. It goes much further, much deeper inside. You reek of passion, and cannot rid the sexual attraction that fills one another.
I'd like to admit it is something I have had the chance to experience, at such a vulnerable time in life, that will stay with me until I breathe my final breath. I found the piece we all fight for. True love.
