Well I don't own X-Men Evolution. Time to round this out with Fred's turn on the phone. Well it would not be fair if I didn't give him some phone time now wouldn't it?
Fred on the Phone
The phone rang again. "Oh no," Xavier moaned. "They're at it again."
"How can you…?" Scott began to ask. "Never mind. This has become a hobby of theirs."
"Well somebody better get it and tell them off," Rogue said.
"Why don't you put it on speaker phone so we can all hear," Kitty suggested.
"Don't do it Jean!" Rogue snapped. "She does it anyway."
"HELLO!" a loud voice shouted. "Is your refrigerator running? Huh? Is it?"
"Oh great," Rogue rolled her eyes. "Looks like the Stupid Patrol missed one of its targets!"
"Come on is it running or not?" Fred asked.
"No it isn't." Rouge said.
"Well you…Aw man! I don't have an answer for that! Hey insult time! Who's on?"
"You know Professor there's a thing called a callbox that let's you see the number of who's calling," Kitty suggested. "Or one of those telezapper things that we can modify to get rid of them."
"With our luck they'd end up showing up in person," Rogue grumbled.
"Hey I know somebody's out there!" Fred said. "Come on? Where's the insults?"
"Oh I'll give him a few insults," Rouge said.
"Rouge, just ignore him," Xavier said. "He's only doing this for attention."
"I'm going to my room," Kitty shrugged and left.
"Me too," Jean left for her room.
"I ain't talking to him," Rogue disappeared.
"Aw come on! You guys gotta do this with me?" Fred's voice shouted. "Fine I'll start. Um…Boy is the Professor really bald! He's balder than a…a…bald eagle! Ha!"
Xavier shook his head in pity and wheeled himself away. There was no one in the hall. Only Fred's voice filled it.
"Okay," Fred said. "Okay! Here's a good one! Jean Stinks! Ha! Okay this the part where you insult me back. Okay. I'm ready. Any time now. I'm waiting. It doesn't have to be a good insult here. Just any insult will do. Come on. Bring it on. Just pop one out and we'll go at it. Come on people, its not that hard to insult me. Just do it already! Come on! I can wait all day people. I have no social life to get back to or anything! Come on! Hello? Is anybody there?"
