Ulrich was walking toward the school bus. His mom and dad holding his hand, as it was his first day of school. His dad picked him up and told him to have a good day, kissed his forehead his mom did the same and they started walking back to their house.

Then the image changed to Ulrich sitting in a chair in the hospital on his dads lap. His dad saying prayers in German. Then a doctor coming out and calling his father over to tell him the news about his mother. He then heard the fist words, Ulrich asking ' where mommy' and his dad replying ' she's gone home to be with her kind'. When he first heard these words he didn't understand, but when it was the day of her funeral he finally got it. His mothers name was, Angel.

The image then switches to a slightly older Ulrich sitting in the same waiting room, but this time his dad isn't there. A doctor came out and told Ulrich the news he had already heard with his mother 'I'm sorry, he's gone'. Then the image changes to a graveyard and Ulrich kneeling in front of two headstones, the first one read:

1955-1995

Loving mother

Devoted wife

Loved daughter

And the second one said:

David Senon Stern

1954-1999

Adoring father

Loving son

Devoted husband

Ulrich sat up in bed quickly to find Odd standing over him.
