'It's not stalking..' thought Cody as he watched Ted walk away from his crouched spot behind a table.

Ever since Ted screamed at Randy Orton, in front of the whole locker room, ending his rant with the most vicious Dreamstreet he's ever done, Ted hasn't spoken to anyone, not even Cody.

Ted stopped walking abruptly, causing Cody to flinch more out of sight. After a moment and a sigh, Ted kept walking.

"What the hell am I doing? He's not mad at me…" Cody whispered to himself, something he hoped he won't be doing much more of from now on. Ted's gotta talk to someone. Cody is convinced it has to be him.

Ted has earned some newfound respect out of guys like Christian, Evan Bourne and John Morrison. Cody only admits to himself that he got jealous when Evan high-fived Ted, then hugged him, briefly, before being pulled away by Jack Swagger. 'Thankfully', Cody thought.

Ted had long since walked away, but Cody was still crouched there., calmly. Calm, until he received a tap on his shoulder.

Almost squealing like a little girl, Cody quickly turned around to see Trple H.

"Hey, sorry to scare ya…" Triple H began before Cody interrupted him with "You didn't scare me.." "Right… So, anyway-You and Ted still together? I mean, where are you in the whole Legacy thing? Orton or Ted?"

Cody couldn't believe Triple H even cared. Of course, after the incident, Randy cornered Cody, demanding to know if he was on his side or against him. Cody left without answering, leaving Randy alone in the locker room. While leaving, Cody listened to Randy punch some lockers in anger. Randy's anger issues will always get him into trouble.

"I'm with Ted, why?" Cody finally answered him. Triple H smirked. "Always the loyal dog…" Cody's face turned red out of embarrassment, and Triple H stood up from his crouching position next to him. A skipping was heard and both men turned to see Shawn rounding the corner, then skipping over, putting his arm around Triple H. Cody couldn't help but feel like a third wheel, suddenly lonely.

"Go get him, Rhodes." Triple H said, smirking again, Shawn nodding in agreement. Cody stood up and walked away from them heading towards the parking lot, to see if Ted was there or if he had left.

Cody ran and threw open the back doors, scanning the lot, then, finding Ted, ran towards him. Ted had his hand on the door of the driver's side.

"Teddy, wait! Talk to me." Cody gently touched his arm. ".. About what? How I finally ended Randy's reign over us?" Ted's voice cracked a little, he hasn't talked in so long. It broke Cody's heart.

"Ted… We've been told we have our own minds. It's okay." Cody tried to smile for Ted.

"No, Cody. It's not okay." Ted looked at him with eyes Cody didn't even recognize. "Teddy.. Wha-?" Cody couldn't finish his sentence. Ted Shoved him to the ground, got in his car and started it up.

Cody scrambled to his feet, and as Ted started driving away, reached for the trunk, trying to get on or something, but he barely touched it as it sped away.

"TED! COME BACK!" Cody shouted into the night, as Ted kept driving. Tears streamed down his cheeks, and it started to rain as he fell to his knees and would give anything if Ted would just put on the brakes.
