"DER-EK!" i screamed stomping down the stairs clenching onto my phone, i stopped at the end of the stairs to see Derek laying on the couch watching hockey like always. As my feet banged on the floor i walked in front of the tv "HEY!" Derek yelled sitting up.
"Did you tell Sam not to talk to me!"
Derek had that smirk on his face like after i find out he does a prank on me, i hope it is a prank! "Casey Casey Casey, dont worry about that princess" He said walking towards me, our faces inches away. "DEREK! you know i like him! what the hell is wrong with you?" i yelled in his face, he didnt flinch once only kept the smirk plastered on his face.
"oh im so sorry princess" he chuckled and i rolled my eyes "STOP calling me princess, im a 17 year old teenager not a 5 year old! Stop being so immature"
"oh im immature?" he pointed his finger to himself. I could tell i was pissing him off. "yes you are!" i yelled in his face again, this time he got closer our noses almost touching.
"why do you even like him!" he yelled back, is he serious?
"why do you even care? i cant help having a crush on him" i said honestly, Derek rolled his eyes "hes a player"
"Oh really now? wait why are you going against your own best friend?" This has to be a prank.
"because..." Derek said but he stopped talking.
"HMM? WHAT? IM IN NO MOOD TO BE PLAYING GAMES DEREK, WHY DO YOU RUIN EVERYTHING FOR M-" Suddenly i was cut off by something i WOULD never expect.
Dereks lips on mine.
My eyes closed as i kissed him back, my fingers tangled in his perfect hair. His lips moved slowly on mine, it was a kiss i never had before from any boyfriend i had..it was perfect. Then we pulled away, i opened my eyes and looked into dereks brown ones. "im in love with you Casey Mcdonald" Derek said with his arms wrapped around my waist.
"you..love me?" i asked surpised.
"Im sorry i never told you, i was so scared you would be freaked out just because we are step siblings."
"i cant believe this.." i said getting out of Dereks grip.
"Please dont tell anyone, you know how bad that would be.." Derek said running his hand through his hair nervously. "are you crazy! of course im not telling anyone.." i said pacing back and forth "how long?"
"how long what" derek asked confused. "how long were you in love with me?" i asked stopping and glaring at him.
"Just a week after you moved in, i tried to ignore it bu-"
"2 YEARS?" i screamed "Oh my god, oh my god" why was i panicing?
"Im sorry i should of told you sooner, fuck im so stupid. Just forget about it" Derek started rambling. Getting out of my panic mode, i walked up to him "your not stupid derek"
"yes i am! i just told my step sister im in love with her!" He said smacking his head with his hand. "Derek, i need to tell you something"
"what?" he groaned looking at me.
"I love you too"
Derek looked at me and bit his lip "no you dont"
"yes i do" i admited then taking a breath. "Iv been ignoring the feeling too but i cant anymore"
"So what are we going to do?" Derek said caressing my cheek.
Being in a situation like this, i dont even know.
What do you guys think? I was going to make it a one shot but i decided not to. Anyway! I LOVE the idea of dasey its kinda weird since on the show that they are step sister and brother but whatever xD Sorry if i made errors or messed the story up alittle, i was in a rush typing it. -Christina
