Comments make my day better! Especially honest ones! Daphne is an OC of mine, for the record.

It was loud voices that broke the redhead from her slumber. She growled to herself angrily, trying to tune out the voices. Tomorrow was an important day after all. She refused to let herself be tired for her own wedding in the morning.

The entire female part of the wedding was staying in this hotel, while the male side was in a hotel across the street. That way there would be more privacy between the two parties until they gathered together the next day.

Unfortunately for her the people outside didn't seem too concerned about keeping quiet. "Get off, idiot!" one of them yelled quite loudly. Said statement was followed by laughter.

Now angry Daphne got up, wrapping a bathrobe around herself. By her luck she was the only one they were waking - thought she doubted that - because they were outside her window or something, specifically keeping only her awake.

She walked down the hall, bare feet sinking into the plush carpeting. She walked through the lobby and by the weary doorman reading his magazine. Daphne supposed it was boring being the tenant this late at night. She pushed through the revolving door ready to yell at the troublemakers.

Daphne's feet met cold concrete as she walked from he hotel. "The sky is nice tonight," she heard one of them say.

The other agreed with a grunt. "You can come back up, baseball nut." Daphne heard metal groan slightly in protest. Soon an offending scent met her as she continued into the dark parking lot. Smoke. "Oi! Baseball idiot! Give that back!" Did these people not care about how late it was? Honestly.

The statement was followed by more laughter. There was more protesting metal making Daphne easily assume they were on the vehicle they'd used to get there.

"Only if I get a victory kiss," laughed the other.

"No way in hell, baseball idiot!" growled the first.

"You're already wearing my jersey." Any other protests the first man had to make were instantly muffled. "Anyway, you're being so loud. I know how to quiet you."

By this time Daphne had finally found the two in question. They were seated on a nice convertible in the parking lot near where her window was. The darker toned of the two was positioned over the other their lips locked, blind to the rest of the world.

"Takeshi," the slightly smaller man moaned gently. The over large baseball jersey was drawn up over his head by the other and quickly discarded by one of the wheels and a pack of cigarettes that had spilled out onto the pavement.

"Shh," the other hushed him. "You'll wake the entire hotel."

Daphne figured it was a little late for that now but the situation seemed under control however much it would have been appreciated earlier, before she'd had to get out of bed. Unnoticed by the two on the car hood Daphne slipped back into the hotel.
