OK this is basically about Ashley having a boyfriend who starts acting weird and Ashley tries to find out what's wrong. Will her boyfriend tell her the shocking news or will he keep the secret and be dumped by Ashley? Please note that the name of the character is Ashley but she still goes to East High and Sharpay does exist and is mention in various parts of the story every now and then. ENJOY!!!

What is wrong with him? I just can't seem to figure it out! We've always had our ups and downs but this.....this is different.

"Hey!" I shouted down the corridor of our school as I ran up to him with Tammy. "William! Wanna go bowlin' tonight with Tammy and Josh?"

Will just closed his locker and turned round to say, "No thanks," he sounded really grumpy. He's never grumpy! He always smiles whenever I come running down the hall and says yes to bowling. He loves competition! Especially when it's couples competition. We always go couple bowling against Tammy and Josh. I just couldn't believe it. OK, you may think I am over exaggerating, but I'm not really because this was about the fifth time today that he's walked off all grumpy!

"Oh, come on, Will!" I laughed, tugging his shoulder. "This is bowling we're talking about! You love bowling!"

Tammy stayed behind me as I tried to speak to Will.

"Just stop it, Ashley! OK?" Will turned around and gave me a small shove before walking off.

"What's wrong with him?" Tammy asked as I walked back towards her. "Bit grumpy today!"

"I seriously do not have a clue, Tam!" I shrugged as I replied.

"Looks like we aren't going couple bowling then, hey?" Tammy sighed.

"No," then I got an idea. "But you, me and Josh could go! I'll even get Chris to come with his girlfriend!" I started to become happier now. Chris is my brother, he's two years older than me and a right pain! But at least he sticks up for me sometimes and sometimes helps me get happier.

"OK, I suppose," Tammy agreed. "Hey! Why don't we meet up after school and help each other choose our outfits!"

"Great, you come to mine then!" I jumped about happily. "I wanna show you these new clothes I got! They are so cute!"

Just then, Sharpay, the schools' very own 'Miss Popular' came walking over with Tiara, her personal assistant. "Hey, Ashley, what's with the 80s style?" She laughed, we walked away, but she stopped us. Great, just what I needed. "Hey, I heard Will was gonna break up with you. Sad, I know, but I heard that he's gonna dump you for someone called..... Lilly? Whatever, anyhow, good look with the 80s party!"

As you may have guessed, by 80s party she meant that my clothes were older than my own parents. How nice of her.

"Don't listen to her!" Tammy patted me on the shoulder. "You have great style!"

"Thanks!" I smiled.

Later on at my house, we were chatting. Tammy chatted about Josh being so perfect and handsome whilst I started moaning on about Will being grumpy.

"Anyhow!" Tammy jumped up of my floor where we were sitting. "What are you wearing? I reck you should wear that new outfit!"

"It is cool, isn't it?" We nodded together. It was an awesome outfit. The blue on the top really goes with my skinny jeans.

"So," Tammy began as we had finished deciding what to wear. "Let's get ready!"
