Drarry: A New Start

The school year started just the same as ever. I was living with the Weasley's, as always, since I had no place at Uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia' house. Ron and I had the job of smashing all of the Weasley children's luggage into a small beaten up car. Soon, we all tumbled into the car and Mr. Weasley's drove to King's Cross Station. We walked to 9 ¾ entrance.

¨ Fred and George, You two go first. Then, Ginny and I will go.¨ She turned to Mr. Weasley. ¨Arthur, you will go after Harry and Ron.¨

I had always been nervous when going through the entrance after Dobby sealed it, in year two, and knew it. Fred and George ran through, then Ginny and I. Next it was Ron and my turn to go. It was 10 minutes to 11 am.

"Harry, we'll be fine", He put his hand on his cart."On your count"

"3…..2…..1…..GO!"

We ran toward the wall and we were suddenly right next to The Hogwarts Express.

I looked around hopelessly for Draco. This summer, no one had seen the Malfoys at all. Soon, Hermione was wrapped in Ron's arms with a huge smile on her face. I shook the thought of Draco out of my head as Ron, Hermione, and I walked to the train, followed by the rest of the Weasley family. Hermione sat down next to Ron in the train cabin and straightened out her skirt. Her face was in a grim smile. Ever since last year and what had happened with Voldemort, her smile always faded quickly. We sat there in silence for a while until the sweets trolley came to us.

"Anything from the trolley, dears?" squeaked the old lady in a pink printed dress.

"We'll take the lot," I said scrabbling through my bag for the money to pay.

I dropped the coins into the old lady's hands as she gave me the sweets. I evenly separated all the sweets and we began to eat. Ron opened his chocolate frog it slipped out and began to jump towards the window. Hermione closed it with a thud and the frog hopped into the train's hallway. I dived for the chocolate frog and caught it just as someone walked up to me. I got up and brushed off my pants without looking at the stranger in front of me.

¨Harry?¨ said a familiar voice.

Draco.

I looked up swiftly. The tips of my hair brushed against his chin. He was much taller than me now.

¨ Draco!¨, I say while his arms softly wrapped around me.¨ Where have you been? I've been so worri-¨ He cut me off.

¨All that matters is I'm okay now.¨, He kissed the top of my head and I nudged my chest into his.

Suddenly, we both realized that every student in the cart was watching us. We grudgingly pulled away from each other. I looked around a bit embarrassed. Draco took my hand and pulled me down to the end of the hall. We were now out of sight, Draco leaned on the wall and slid down to the floor. His face wore a tired expression. I sat down beside him and leaned my head on his shoulder. Soon we were both asleep.

¨Harry...Harry!¨

I suddenly woke up. Ron was shaking me urgently.

¨Huh?¨ I said in a hoarse voice.

¨We are about to unload.¨

At that, he briskly walked away. Draco was still my side, asleep.

¨Draco, we need to go¨

His eyelids looked as if they were heavy. He shook just slightly and began to get up. I yawned and followed him out of the room. Draco was awfully quiet. We grabbed our luggage and head towards Hogwarts.
