So this was a bit random. Just a thought... I thought of. Lol. Special thanks to abbytemple who taught me how to pronounce yaoi. For those of you that don't know, a Yowie is basically an Australian bigfoot. Or a Yeti, if you live somewhere other than the U.S. Which lots of ppl do. Aagh! Im getting off track. Anyway, enjoy!
The difference between yaoi and yowie
Annabelle burst out of a back door in Ouran, green eyes searching the wooded area behind the school frantically. "Eileen!" She shouted. "Did you see it?"
Annabelle's best friend, Eileen, came running out the door behind her. She was a bit shorter and stockier, whereas Annabelle was tall and thin, like a model. Eileen had an hourglass figure and was not afraid to show it; today she was wearing a tight tank top and light grey skinny jeans. Her hair was golden brown and wavy, and it reached her shoulders. Annabelle ran a hand through her long, dark red hair and said, "It just disappeared into those trees."
"I saw it." Eileen panted, holding up the camera. "I got two pictures, but they're really crappy."
The two Australian teens bent over the camera, studying the blurry photos. "Hmmm..." Annabelle murmured. "You can kind of make out the shape here." She gestured towards the tall, running figure in one of the pictures.
They were still studying the photos when they heard two voices behind them say the same thing in unison. But the thing they said didn't sound English.
The girls spun around. Behind them stood two Asian boys with ginger hair, smirking. The two looked exactly alike; they had to be twins. They said something in the foreign language again, and their smiles broadened.
The twins standing behind the Australian girls were none other than the Hitachiin brothers. What they really said was this:
"Hey there!"
And then,
"What are two beautiful ladies like yourselves doing out here on a cold day like this?"
But of course the girls had no idea what they said.
"Excuse me," Eileen said, stepping forward bravely. "Did you two just see that yowie? It disappeared into those trees over there."
The brothers looked at each other in confusion. Like Annabelle and Eileen, they had no idea what the other was saying. But they made out one word: Yaoi.
"Yaoi?" Hikaru said, with a mischievous glint in his eye.
Annabelle nodded. "Yowie."
Immediately, the brothers embraced. Before either of the two girls could say anything to make them realize it was a different kind of yowie, the Hitachiin brothers were kissing.
And not just a brotherly, nice-guy kiss either. A big fat French kiss with all the toppings.
Eileen squealed and covered her eyes, but Annabelle was oddly fascinated. It was disgusting, but also kind of hot. However, Eileen grabbed her wrist and bolted, leaving the brothers alone.
By the time Hikaru and Kaoru broke apart, the two Australians were nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, they'd left their camera at the scene of the crime.
A guest reviewer has told me that yaoi is pronounced more like 'yoy'. Aaagh! I'm more confused than ever!
