Dark clouds slowly rolled across the sky, quickly turning evening into night as thunder rumbled over head, giving the already dreary area an all the more sad look. The patrons had long since fled the city in fear for their lives, as the angry sounds of metal clashing against metal and gun fire echoed through the sky. The battle had begun in the early hours of the morning and seemed to never have an end...neither male stopping, they continued assaulting eachother with attack after brutal attack. Devistating the city, breaking buildings and the road as they did so.

One of the males stood a top a bunch of broken rubble, staring down at his twin with pained and fury filled eyes. He knew his brother would not stop and neither would he...they had been fighting since birth...one for power and the other the right to exist...it was a sickening battle and he knew that this was going to be the final one. He shook his head, before weakly lifting his broad sword onto his back, breathing heavily as blood gushed out of the many wounds in his body. He wound not loose this. He would not loose to his brother...he would end this suffering...for the both of them.

He watched as his twin took a fighting stance, ready to go again as he sighed, he made a move to run at his brother before it began to rain. His breathe caught in his throat before he felt a sad laugh rising in his throat.

"Just like the first time...right Vergil?" He said, sadness laced deep within his voice as he held back tears.

He watched as digust crossed his brothers face before he sighed, shaking his head as he rushed at the twin, both swinging their swords to stop the others blade. They stood like that, staring one another down as their blades rubbed together, heat growing and growing as a bright red spot began to grow on the blades.

The Elder was tired...long tired of these games...he wanted to end this...he grabbed Ebony from her holster, drawing her quickly before putting her to his brothers temple, seeing the emotionless gaze turning to hatred as he sighed.

''I'm sick of this fighting...you wanting power...this is enough. You won't stop fighting for it and I won't stop fighting to stop you. So whats say we finally just put these demons to rest?'' He choked out, his voice cracking with raw emotion as the pain in his chest intensified.

The twin didn't say a word, he simply leaned into the barrel, closing his eyes as the other gulped.

He shuddered, a tear sliding down his blood covered cheek as he trembled.

"I-I'll join you after." He said, the words coming in a shuddering breath, his hand trembling as memories flashed through his mind.

Before he could pull the trigger, Ivory was to his forehead, he jolted and chuckled weakly.

"Together then.." He leaned into the barrel, feeling the metal dig into his forehead, the cool sting was a mild relief from the pain in his chest.

The twin opened his eyes, staring his brother down, both shakily gripping the triggers before the sound of two gun shots rang through the city...then silence...
