Precious Moments

Harry Potter was in his small cupboard reading over his essay for changing a frog into a water bottle. He could hear his Uncle Vernon shouting, "Why do we have to keep that freak in our household? He is nothing more then a piece of dirt. We've fed him and taken care of him for the past 11 years!" His Uncle shouted.

"Boy, get out here!" He roared. "What did you do to Dudley and his friends?" His uncle screamed. "My Dudley said that you punched them and that's why he has a bruise on his eye?" Vernon shouted. That piece of nothing, Harry thought. Making up stories so that I would get in trouble? He thought. "Honesty Uncle Vernon, I did nothing. I was just in my cupboard reading all day", Harry pleaded. During the argument, his Uncle Vernon kicked him and punched him. It was finally when he stopped that the doorbell rang.

"Go get the door idiot boy!" his Uncle yelled. As the blood ran down his leg, he opened the door. He was relieved to see Professor Dumbledore, Professor Mcgonnagle, and Professor Snape. "Hi Harry! How are you?" Dumbledore asked him. "Other then my Uncle pummeling me I'm quite alright. "Pummeling you, Harry?" Dumbledore questioned. "Yes Sir", Harry said softly, looking at the floor. "Well, we just came to fetch you for the rest of the summer but now we have to take care of your Uncle. Severus, would you?" "Certainly Headmaster", Snape said. Snape took out his wand and murmured a curse that turned Vernon into a cockroach. "The spell should last around 2-3 days", the greasy potions master said. "Harry, why don't you go get your things and we will wait for you outside", Dumbledore suggested. "Sure Sir. I will be out in the matter of 5 minutes", Harry said. Dumblefore turned towards the door, followed by his 2 companions and left.

Harry carefully ran towards the cupboard, trying not to step on his uncle, grabbed his things, and went outside. He seen Mcgonnalge reading a book, Snape sitting on a stone, waiting, and Dumbledore tesing out a spell. Unfortanly it didn't work.
