I'm not cheating on Peg.
When he places his hand on my arm and goosebumps roll in waves along my skin. Or when his fingertips brush mine over the chessboard and I feel the heat of him burning into me.
It's not cheating.
His lips covering mine under the black cloak of night as his warm, skilled hands remove my clothes. As they run along the length of my body, touching every inch, until the undeniable ache for him boiling beneath the surface of my flesh begins to feel as if it might kill me.
I swear I'm not cheating.
