This is just a random little drabble that I wrote a while ago. Hope you enjoy it! :]

"Shut up, you sissy!" a young boy with short black hair shoved down another child of a slighter build. The tiny brunette began to cry, tears running down his face as short squeaky sobs ran out. Delicate, pale hands attempted to wipe away the tears that continued to fall. A short figure approached him, although the tears blurred his vision to a point where the facial features were unintelligible.

"Are you okay?" the foreign boy asked the fallen one, offering out a hand.

"Yeah, I think so," the victim hiccupped. He took the hand that had been offered to him and pulled himself up, sniffling and wiping the tears from his eyes as he did so. "Puck is just a meanie. I only told him that his pants and shirt didn't match, but he doesn't really care much about fashion."

The strange boy smiled and giggled, hazel eyes sparkling. "Most kids don't," he replied, "but I guess we're just special." He straightened the bright red bowtie around his collar with a look of sheer pride. He extended a hand out, running the through his curly black locks. "My name's Blaine."

"Kurt," the speaker shook hands with Blaine, unable to keep from reflecting the boy's contagious smile.

"Do you want to play 'store' with me?" Blaine asked his new companion.

"Sure!" Kurt beamed back, sure that this would be the beginning of an amazing friendship.
