Yoh smiled as he flipped the box of chocolates over in his hands – the messily scrawled card resting against a picture frame propped up on his dresser. Never in a million years did he think he would be so happy about a silly box of chocolates, especially when those caramel filled delectable treats were given to him for Valentine's Day from a silly girl. But then again, none of those 'gifts of love' had been given to him by the love of his life either. It was pretty funny actually, how the giver of the gift could make all the difference. Haruna wasn't just another silly girl though. Sure she was silly, but she was definitely not just a girl.
Yoh eyed the over sized, stuffed, black and red bear sitting across from him and placed the heart shaped box next to his lap. None of his girlfriend's had ever given a Valentine's Day like this. When Haruna did something, she went all out and gave it her best. That's what made her special and that's what made him actually want to keep the gifts. Sometimes he felt like he didn't deserve her. Then again, he found out a long time ago that's just how love is. He loved her and she loved him. Valentine's Day was officially his new favorite holiday.
