-1Hanatarou had spent his few remaining hours of free time asleep…as usual.
But today he didn't feel like getting up and doing the janitor work. He just wanted to lie in bed all day and do nothing at all.
But he couldn't.
Slowly, he pulled the covers off of him and sat up. Ugh…I' m so tired…
He flopped back down on the bed and stared at the ceiling for a while. I wish there was no such thing as work…then I could lie in bed forever without worrying about anything…
Suddenly the door slammed open.
"HELLO!!" someone shouted into his room.
Hanatarou jumped up and looked at who had run into his room. It was Rikichi.
"R-RIKICHI!!" Hanatarou screamed at him. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"
Hanatarou was still in his pajamas. A gray T-shirt and plaid pants. Rikichi laughed at him.
"What do you mean? We were going to go to the human world today…remember?" Rikichi replied still laughing.
"Oh…really?" Hanatarou said cluelessly. "Well, give me a second and I'll get ready…"
Rikichi waited outside of the room while Hanatarou changed into his uniform and got ready to leave.
10 minutes
Hanatarou stepped out his room. "Ok…do you want to leave now?"
"Sure."
Human world.
"Wow…it's always amazing every time I come here…" Hanatarou exclaimed. Rikichi nodded. Lets to to Urahara Shoten and see if Kisuke is there. After a while, they found the store and Kisuke. After talking over things happening in the Soul Society and the Human World, they got a notice about 3 new hollows that had appeared.
"Oh…I guess we should take care of this," Rikichi said getting up. Hanatarou followed and they ran out the door.
"Hana…do you think you can handle a hollow?"
"I think I could…"
"Ok, I'll come help you out when I've finished up."
They both went their separate ways.
Hanatarou reached the hollow pretty quick. "Oh…" It was a Grand Fisher.
He reached for his zanpakutou and distanced himself from it. He was going to take it down. After healing injuries, his zanpakutou fills up and can do a very powerful attack.
"Fill! Hisagaomaru!!" Hanatarou yelled. Hisagaomaru released all of the injuries onto the hollow. It made some damage…but not a lot. I' m gonna have to keep trying…
He ran to a different area because the hollow might know where he was from his attack. Damn…theses are the times I wish my zanpakutou did something other than heal…
Suddenly, the hollow came at him and cut a large gash in his arm. Agh…the blood continued to spill out until Hanatarou started to feel dizzy. I've lost to much blood…
I can't do anything right. I' m a burden to everyone. Damn it!!
Hanatarou ran at the hollow and sliced its mask in half. With all the energy he could put into that one cut, he had done it. He had actually slain a hollow.
Hana smiled. I feel so happy right now…
Forgetting about all the pain he was feeling at that moment, he coughed up some blood and fell to the ground. I wonder if Rikichi is okay…I hope he isn't mad at me…
Then everything went black.
