Ok. This is OLD. I wrote it March 2008 and it ended up on quizilla. Embarrassing now; I know. It's really OOC but it was just a silly little thing I wrote during a caravan trip with my folks. All hail boredom. Anywho, without further ado; I give you a silly, Hellsing Oneshot.

Seras and Integra were sitting, watching chick flick after chick flick. Horror after horror. And TV sitcom reruns after some hot chocolate. Mint, for Integra and 'Deep, dark choc' for Seras.

"I still can't believe that Jack Black was in a rom-com and was actually good!" Integra commented. "He's usually in silly things with; one legged Russians, smart-arsed children and hypnotists who give the power to see people for who they really are"

"Are you talking about, 'Shallow Hal'?"

Integra nodded.

"I hate that film" Seras said coldly.

"Well, that's that out the window" Integra sighed as she threw the DVD onto the floor.

"Now what?" Seras asked.

"Hmmmm. What about…this?" Integra held up the latest Harry Potter DVD.

After Voldemort disappeared from the station platform of 9 and 3/4, Seras came back into the room with a bowl of different pieces of different chocolates.

"I didn't actually read the 5th one" Integra admitted. "But I didn't think she'd have written it, or allowed the movie adaption to be so sinister"

"Yeah, but the 5th year is when all the bad stuff starts to get worse and happen more frequently. Sirius dies and the whole of the wizarding world, finds that Voldemort is, in fact, ALIVE!" Integra nodded and then looked back.

"SIRIUS DIES!!??!??!?!?!"

"Sorry!" Seras said. "Did you know, Dumbledore was gay?" She asked. Integra's tune changed. "Yes. I imagine Anderson had a fun time with that!" She laughed.

"So. What now?" Integra asked.

"We've watched all the DVDs, read almost all the books and magazines. It's almost time to sleep, so why not read some urban legends or something?"

"Aren't we a bit 'old' for that?"

"Ma'am, we've sat in our Pjs, watching DVDs and acting like school girls all day! Plus! It's a holiday"

For a few hours, Integra and Seras acted like little 13-year old school girls. Holding flashlights under their chins as they told each other scary stories, urban legends and silly stories - making each other laugh. As Seras yawned, Integra called Alucard to read them one 'Bedtime' story as they went to sleep.

"You're both just little children; aren't you?" He asked impatiently as he walked in. Seras and Integra had set up 'fort' in the TV room; with sleeping bags, pillows and a few mattresses. Alucard sighed and sat down in a large chair by the fireplace. Like a grandfather would. Integra and Seras both smiled as they remembered their deceased fathers. The room was warm, cosy, secure and family-like as it was in the days of old. Alucard took the book, a big purple thing - with a large 'Warning' sign on it- and opened it to his 'favourite'.

The warmth of the room soon changed as Alucard began his story.

Sunlight streaked across the floor, through a slit between the curtains. Highlighting the fear-frozen faces of Seras Victoria and Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing. Both sitting upright, holding onto one another for dear life, or un-life in Seras' case, shaking and looking paler than normal. Alucard slept soundly in his chair; hands clasped, the book resting open on his lap and looking entirely at peace with himself.

"Wh-who's idea was it, to let him, HIM, read us a bedtime story?"

Alucard smiled in his sleep.
