Lieutenant Jarock is moving through an old abandoned church when he hears a loud crash he spins around just in time to see what he thinks is a fellow soldier. When the creature gets closer he notices that the skin is peeling off the creatures face and he could see the creatures eyes were missing from its sockets and when he shot it in the chest, its blood was black and burnt through the floor. The creature just kept coming but right before it got to him it stopped and said "you and you're race have been challenged to the ultimate war by our leader." As the creature walks away, he can see a gray blob in the back of its head, which he assumes, is its brain until the blob moves and he can see its eyes, which are dark red. Almost the color of blood the animal is a grey cat that has been dead for four years, when the cat sees that he is looking at it its eyes turn from red to black, and it spits acid at him. He sidesteps just in time and as the acid hits the floor it explodes leaving a huge whole where he was just standing and after the creature has left the whole church smells like sulfur or rotten eggs. Just after he leaves the church, it bursts into flames and is gone in four hours the soldier runs back to the base and tells his commander what he has seen in the church and what he has also heard. However, the commander just laughs and says to quit puling pranks on him or he will get a dishonorable discharge from the service. Therefore, the trooper stays quiet about it but he can't forget what he has seen or heard on that night and so on Halloween the zombies show up at there base and turn all but for soldier who is to resistant and they tear him limb from limb. and every year on Halloween people always end up at that old abandoned base. but they all leave before it is dark all but for one who doesn't believe in zombies. Until one fateful night, he is in the base alone and enters the barracks where it is rumored that the zombies had killed the soldier. He hears a noise in a dark corner of the base and goes to investigate what it is that is when he sees a person with the skin peeling off his skull and a cat with red eyes. This person warns of a coming Apocalypse and the final days of the earth, as we know it.
