AN: I watched the Fairy Tail episode 45 (2014 series) yesterday and came up with this drabble (x3, 300 words :)) Minor spoilers for the episode. Also my first drabblish writing. Don't know if there's going to be more.
"I should bake a cake for Gray!" Juvia cried out happily.
"Are you sure you can manage a cake?" Wendy asked doubtfully. "It's not like you have ever baked anything…"
"I will put my heart to it and try my best!"

"Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy…" Juvia muttered following the instructions with her finger. "Oh well, let's give it a try."
She combined four eggs with sugar and started beating. She beat, but the eggs stayed runny. She put effort in it, but the bowl in her hand slipped and half of the batter spilled on her bust. She melted the butter and ended up burning her hand with the stove. While adding flours, she got a nice white touch on her hair.
"This is a complete disaster… I never should've tried to bake something for Gray-sama. Now I'm a complete mess and I have no present." Juvia let herself slide to the floor. She sat there, covered in her cake ingredients and felt how tears made their way into her eyes. "Juvia is such an idiot. How could Juvia think she could bake a cake…"
"I think the cake looks very nice."
Juvia lifted her eyes and saw Gray standing in front of her.
"But there's no cake… It's all just a big disaster."
"I like this disaster," Gray chuckled and crouched down next to her. "And what do you mean, there's no cake? I can see cake everywhere."
Juvia fell silent and her cheeks were burning.
"Especially I like the cake here," Gray swept the batter of Juvia's cheek with his finger and tasted it. "And tere…" Gray glanced down to Juvia's bust which was covered in the sticky batter "And here…" Gray kissed her lips softly. "Juvia… Thanks for baking me this cake."
