Hello! It's me :) anyways…Julgan had an awesome idea the other day, and I think you guys are going to love it! She suggested that we both write the same story, so we can compare what we have written…but we aren't allowed to read each other's work until the stories are both finished so nobody will copy each other or have similar stories. I can't wait for you to read mine and feel free to check out her version as well! :)
Eight-year-old Logan Mitchell curled in on himself in the boy's bathroom at his new Elementary school. He felt so alone. Absolutely alone. It was his first week in Minnesota, and he had no friends at all. On top of that he felt horrible. His whole body ached immensely. He glanced at his arm to see a bruise forming, and then looked down at his leg that was bleeding right onto the tile floor. His small body shivered as warm tears slid down his pale face. Logan could stay in there for the rest of the day, but he knew that was going to be out of the question. Just the thought of having to go back outside made the small boy feel sick to his stomach.
Logan gathered the little bit of strength the he had left, and stood up. The room appeared to be spinning…probably due to his headache. He dragged his feet out of the bathroom and headed towards the big glass doors that were right around the hallway. He could see kids playing and having a blast…I mean why wouldn't they? It was recess, any little kid's favorite part of that day…unless you were Logan. Recess meant no teachers, ya know, not counting those stupid old ladies that stand around doing absolutely nothing at all, when they are supposed to be 'watching' everyone. Without any real teachers around, anything could happen. Those kids were like…wild animals, which is why Logan debated on whether or not he should open the door and go outside.
He could hide in the bathroom again…but of course, somebody could come in and then he would be forced to go back outside. He considered going to the nurse because of his arm and leg, but then she'd ask why he had those injuries, and he was probably the worst liar in the world. Logan finally decided that he's just go outside and hope for the best. If he was lucky, maybe Dylan would leave him alone for a change.
Logan sneaked out from the door and tried to be as quiet as possible, he certainly didn't want to draw any attention to himself. But maybe he was focusing too much on how noiseless he was, and not on the direction he was walking in. Uh oh. Logan could feel his body bump into a big broad figure. Oh gosh…
"D-Dylan…" Logan gulped hard.
"What do you want, loser?" She yelled.
Sorry it's on the shorter side, I'll update soon though! Hope you liked it and make sure to check out Julgan's story too :)
Reviews are the 'k' to my 'ogan' guys :P hehe
