A/N: I'm going to try something out of my comfort zone here. I haven't wrote from Esme's POV before so I thought I should try. Cute one shot letter Esme writes to Carlisle.
My dearest Carlisle,
My feelings toward you have not changed since I met you all those years ago. I love you then and I love you even more everyday. I honestly do not know what I would have done without you. You have given me our beautiful children and I could never repay you for that. But since the day with the Volturi I am worried. Worried about our future, I thought the worst that day Carlisle I thought I would lose you. I thought that our lives were over Carlisle and it really made me think. I want us to renew our wedding vows, I know darling Alice will have seen this coming and I just hope she doesn't tell you before I do. Without you I do not think I would have survived this long alone in the world as a vampire. You are my true mate Carlisle and I will risk my life to protect you any day. Thank you so much for this beautiful life and I hope we have many more centuries together and If our time is soon to be over as I fear so much. Please remember, I love you forever and always.
