~Lucky~
She quietly enters the bedroom with a breakfast tray in her hands, gently closing the door behind her making sure it doesn't make a single sound. Smiling, she turns her eyes towards the figure still asleep in the bed, her face peaceful as she slumbers. Peach places the tray on the nearby table and goes to lay next to Rosalina, running a hand through her girlfriend's hair.
"Wake up Rosie~" Peach sings, and a moment later Rosalina's eyes flutter open. She yawns - making Peach giggle in the process - and sits up, lazily grinning at the ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom with tired eyes.
"Is it morning already?" Rosalina questions. "The night just seemed to float by."
Peach giggles again - a light, musical sound - and rises from the bed to grab the tray of food. "I brought breakfast," she exclaims cheerfully. "There's pastries, hashbrowns, bacon... and I made sure to grab a blueberry tea bag. I know that's your favourite."
Rosalina smiles gratefully as Peach places the tray between them on the bed. "How did I get so lucky to end up with you?" she muses as she selects an apple turnover and starts to prepare her tea.
Peach grins, a glimmer of mischief in her eyes as she nibbles on a hashbrown. "If I recall correctly, it started when you wanted to join us in the Sprixie Kingdom and insisted on always being at my side."
Rosalina blushes, her face tinting a deep scarlet. Peach continues, "And after that, you always stayed by my side here at the mansion, even though you'd made several other friends."
Rosalina nervously chuckles, before Peach cups her face in her hand and turns her head so their eyes can meet. "And I believe that dance we shared truly caused our romance to blossom."
Rosalina doesn't have time to react before Peach presses their lips together, the kiss tasting like a mixture of sugar and salt. It lasts for a moment before Peach pulls away, her blush mirroring that of her girlfriend's. "And you say that you're the lucky one," she murmurs. "Because I feel pretty lucky to have you as well."
