Lila's POV

I sat in the backseat of my mom's crappy Ford Explorer listening to Taylor Swift sing about her many bad breakups and I was moping, see I'm moving to a new town…..Lima, Ohio. Ever heard of it…..yeah, me neither.

Anyway, I'm pissed because I had to leave all my friends in New York City to move to a crappy small town because my mom's an artist and she lost her inspiration in the Big Apple and decided maybe a background change may change that…..At first I was excited.

I mean I thought we would move somewhere cool, like LA or Florida but no…..instead my mom packed me and my twin brother Jake into her Explorer and told us all about a small town in Ohio that sounded perfectly quaint and not huge, like New York.

I liked Big Cities, it's because I hate being noticed and New York was the perfect disguise because there's those wannabe bitches walking all over.

But now I'm heading to a town where the population is smaller than The Situation's sperm count (umm…..Burn).

My mom decided that we could start fresh by arriving in this small town right on the first day (thanks mom). Anyway, we literally get shoved out of the car and pushed into our first day of McKinley High. That's code for have fun kids, try not to get killed today and meatloaf is for dinner tonight. Damn….I hate meatloaf.
