Temari & Clayton

This is a pairing I've wanted to do ever since I saw Temari in the Naruto manga, an Original Character (based on myself) and the beautiful Temari. This takes place at the same time as the anime / manga and it fills in a few gaps we see (or don't see) in the Naruto Universe. Hope you all like it!

It was hot and boring, like any day in the Village Hidden In The Sand, as Clayton got a drink. His mind had been on Temari all day due to a dream he had about her the night before, and as much as he guarded for it, he wasn't prepared for what came next.

"Hi, Clayton," a very cool, sexy, and familiar voice said from behind, making Clayton jump and actually fall over. He looked up and saw the beautiful Temari, he was at a loss for words as her golden hair, in four ponytails, gleamed and shimmered with the sun behind it, but sun being blocked or no her face shone as she smiled her mischievous smile, her eyes like cool blue moons.

I wish I could say that. It's smooth as hell! Clayton thought to himself as he started to let words roll out, "Hi Temari, sun sure is shining bright today, huh?"

Dammit all, why did I say that?

"It's always shining brightly, it's the sun. And besides that, isn't my head blocking your view?" Temari asked in a voice as cool as the desert nights as she smiled, leaving Clayton with little hope to shut up.

"Oh, I don't mind," Clayton said, happy he didn't say something entirely too goofy.

"Oh really? Why not? You seem to like the sun today, why would me blocking your view be a non-issue?" Temari had caught on that he had a crush on her long ago; she was smart like that, after all.

DamnDamnDamnDamn what do I do? What do I say?

"The sun doesn't keep up a good conversation," Clayton said, saving himself from total self-embarrassment.

"Awww… Aren't you sweet? Thank you, Clayton, I needed that today." She had been considering humoring him about this crush as of late, seeing if he wouldn't fess up on his own.

SHE CALLED ME SWEET!

"Anytime, Temari. It's what I do," he said with a confident smile as he got very red. Temari batted her eyelashes, giggling a bit before she walked away, happy that she had utterly tortured him so, but a funny feeling rose in her stomach as she rounded the corner and left Clayton's sight,

"Butterflies?"
