One shot, the idea just popped into my head, hope you like it.

Sometimes you just need a reminder of who loves you.

Walking into the house, JJ throw her bag down, she walked into the kitchen dropping her keys onto the counter. Sitting down she placed her elbows onto the counter, placing her hands onto her head. Closing her eyes, she took a deep breath. She hated working cases that made her question everything. Pulling herself together, JJ made her way upstairs.

Walking into the bedroom, she saw his sleeping figure, changing quickly, she climbed into bed, laying right next to Will, she wrapped her arm around his waist, kissing the back of his neck, taking in his cent.

Waking up, Will looked over seeing JJ curled up right next to him, turning over he, took hold of her hand, kissing her on the lips. Slowly opening her eyes, JJ smiled.

"mmmm"

"Hey, wake up."

JJ smiled looking up at Will. Lifting her hand, she ran her fingers through his hair. "I missed you"

"I missed you too." Will smiled leaning over kissing her deeply on the lips.

JJ sighed, laying her head onto his chest.

"You okay?" Will asked, running his fingers through her hair.

"No" she whispered" gulping down a breath.

"What happened?" Will said leaning over turning on the lamp.

Sighing, JJ sat up, taking hold of Will's hand. "It was just awful, I don't know what id do, if…"

"Jay….."

Looking into Will's eyes, JJ licked her lips. "Someone was killing men and… when I was talking to there wives and partners…"

"JJ, I'm right here"

"I know. I do.. I just honestly.."

"I love you, and I'm never going anywhere, I know we both have risky jobs but. I don't know what I would ever do."

"Well, you don't need to think about that, cause were both here, safe and in one piece"

"You always know the right thing to say."

"Well, I'm here to love you and protect you. And okay I might not be able to tell you, we might not ever been in danger or get hurt, but we both know that's not true. So all I can say is." he paused. Running his thumb across her cheek. "That whenever your scared or feeling sad, I'm here, to hold you, or I'm a phone call away"

JJ nodded, wiping away her tears. "I knew there was a reason I kept you around"

Will smiled, kissing JJ deeply on the lips. "Sometimes, you just need to me reminded that someone does actual love you. And I do love you."

"I love you too" JJ smiled.
