Dean frowned. Opened his mouth a little wider. The dentist leaned over, holding the mask over his mouth. "Relax." The Dentist said while brandishing his devil tools.

Dean glared.

Then the strangest things occurred… The gas flooded his system.

He walked out 30 minutes later giggling. Proudly holding his new green tooth brush. "Hi Sam!"

Sam set down the old magazine. "Dean?"

Dean giggled. "Can get ice-cream?"

"...Yes?"

"Oh boy!" Dean hugged him. "You're the best brother ever."

Sam relaxed. "You too."

Sam pulled out his camera. Taking pictures of Dean's goofy grin. "Let's not forget how awesome today is."
