Hey everyone! Here I am again we another Fanfic story for you. And this time; it's a Yandere Simulator Fanfiction, based off the dating sim game, Burning Love.

Yeah, yeah, I know. I should be working on my Undeniable story, well I still am it's just that. . .

1. It needs a lot of development

2. I've been having writers block

3. I have a job where I work 33 hours, 5 days a week

4. There were other independent things on my to do list that I am eager to do.

. . .yeah. . .

Anyways, after I watched a couple of Youtuber's play this dating game, it inspired me to create a Fanfic with The Flame Demon & Midori Gurin.

That's right, Midori, our favorite annoying character, trying to woo a demon. O_O And, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I now ship Midori and The Flame Demon. . .

Now you're probably asking, "How in the world did that happen?". Well, since the game can allow the player to pick any kind of name they want to have, and you pick the names of one of the characters from the Yandere game. You get a crack pairing: A pairing that makes absolutely no sense, story wise. But yet fans pair them together. :D

Except that I'm probably the only one who came up or even talked about this pairing. . .

Whatever, enjoy this one-shot story.

Disclaimer: I do not own Yandere Simulator or the game Burning Love. They all belong to their rightful owners.

"Phew...almost five o'clock...At least this is the last room I have to check." Midori Said.

Midori Gurin, a normal everyday high school girl, was staying after school to help clean up all the classrooms. Meaning that her teacher wanted the floors to be swept, the desks wiped, the windows spotless, etc. So after about an hour and a half of cleaning five out of six rooms that she was giving, she tediously made her way to room number six, "The Occult Club".

The room had a purple and black checkerboard color scheme, the walls being purple as well. On the floor was a large black rug decorated with a pentagram and ten candles. There were five pentagram posters on the walls; one of them hangs above the altar in the back of the room. The altar holds a skull, book, and six goblets. The windows were also covered by thick curtains. Lastly, the club had several bookshelves and high-backed purple armchairs.

A strange object then caught her emerald eyes. "Huh? What's this?"

Midori then walks over to the item and inspects it. "A knife?! What's a knife doing in here?! And what is it doing on the floor?" she questioned. "I should probably take it and bring it to a teacher or something."

The green haired student then studies it more and looks over to the skull on the altar. "Hmm...I mean, it looks so fancy...Isn't this supposed to be in this creepy skull? That's kind of a shame. It looks really cool-huh?"

Her eyes became alerted when she discovered that one side of the weapon had fresh red blood on it. "T-there's blood on the other side of it! What the?! I-It even looks fresh..." she stated.

Midori didn't stop to figure out whose blood was on the knife, or who the killer who wielded it was. All she knew right now was to just get her own fingerprints off of it. A teacher or student might walk in on her with it. She could be expelled for owning a weapon. So what was she to do?

She then looks towards the skull on the table. "I-I mean, no one will see the blood, if it's in the skull, r-right?" The girl then walked over to the altar and without thinking about it, placed the weapon in the skull's forehead.

"There." Midori said. "Now-H-HUH?!" A cloud of purple aura then clings around her, making her unable to move. "AHH!" She then suddenly vanishes from the world.

Finding conscious, Midori wakes up from the sudden impact. "Ughh...where am I? Gahh!" Only to find that she had stumbled into a dark and empty space. "Who-What- huh!" She then sees three demons surrounding the dark void." Monsters?!" she said.

One was a woman whose body was gray all over, her eyes were all black. She had bat-like wings sprouting out of her back, a barbed tail. And she wore tight lace that clung to her body.

The next demon was quiet frightening, he lacked arms and eyes and his neck was stretched out endlessly. His skin was ghostly white and he was completely nude. She knew he had an intriguing story to tell.

"A mortal? Here? How curious."

The jade haired girl turns her attention to the demon on the left. "H-Huh? WHOA!" Midori saw that the third demon was dressed in a black coat. But what stood out the most about him was the fact that he had no head and instead an inferno of white flames in its place. Both his gloved hands blazed out white-hot flames as his arms were stretched out.

'Who is he? Why is his head on fire?' Midori pondered.

She then felt a strange tight feeling in her chest.'...and why do I feel like seriously making out with him?' she blushed at that.

"Why have you come here, I wonder? Do you have a fascination with the occult? Or have you come here seeking power?"

Midori paused for a bit at his words, she hesitated on what to say back. She then said, 'screw it' and managed to let out her first words to him. Putting on her beaming smile as the slight pink blush never left her cheeks. "I'm interested in you" she responded.

"Oh, are you? What a pity; I am not interested in you at all. Humans are mundane, boring creatures. Tell me, why should I consider you to be worthy of my time?" he asked.

The young teenager shook her head. "No! You don't Understand, I'm INTERESTED in you"

The demon was taken aback by this. "I. . .what? What do you mean?"

"You're hot-UH! No! I mean-!"

"Wh...what...?... Watch your tongue mortal! Do you have ANY idea who you are speaking to?!" he hissed back.

Midori put a finger to her lip. "Um. . .Some Sort of. . .Fiend Demon?"

The demon's flame head roared with red fire. "What? That is not my name!" He snarled "You are unworthy to hear my true name, but you address me as the FLAME demon! Do I have fiends in my hands? Do I have a fiend for a head? No! I have flames! I am the FLAME demon! Get it right!"

The emerald haired teen threw her hands up in surrender. "UH! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"

The flame demon's head returned to its original color and he held his face in frustration. "Rrr, what a vexing human...you've caused me to lose my composure..."

Midori cursed at herself for blurting out such a flirtatious remark. At the same time, the good vibe she was feeling was so determined with bringing out her curiosity towards him that it gave her an idea. "Flame Demon! Flame Demon! Let me make it up to you with a date." She insisted.

The flame demon raised an eyebrow, if he had one. "And why exactly would I desire to do such a thing?"

"Because you'll have a great time!" She said

"I have no reason to believe in your words." He said.

Midori made sure to be careful with her words, and did the bravest and oblational thing a person could do. "I'll make a deal with you. If you go on a date with me, and you don't have any fun, I'll give you my soul."

"Foolish human! You do not grasp the consequences of your proposal! Do you truly wish to wager your eternal soul?" he remarked.

"Yes" she answered in a serious tone.

'I can't get over this feeling inside...' she said to herself. 'I need to date this demon. Please oh please say yes...'

The flame demon didn't know what to make of this green haired mortal. "...is...this human...serious...?..." he said. "So be it, foolish mortal! I agree to your terms! There is no backing out of this bargain now! I will go on a...'date'...with you! And, if I do not enjoy myself...I will CONSUME YOUR SOUL."

Midori unleashed an unbelievably feminine squeal to herself and wanted to slam her feet against the floor madly with excitement. 'Yes! He said yes! This is going to be so much fun!' she thought.

"...so...um...where are we going...?..." he asked.

The teenager pondered. " Um. . .we can have our date at the park."

"Very well! We will now commence our date! Do not disappoint me, human!" he told her.

~Skips To The Park~

The atmosphere in the park was embracing, and it was a clear and starry night as the moon glistened upon the ground. It was a cool summer's night, and the two couldn't help feeling a bit at peace with the relaxed aura surrounding them.

"Hmm. This location is...pleasant." The flame demon commented.

"It's a nice place; perfect for a date!" Midori said.

"Bah!" he denied. "Do not think you have won, human! I am not yet enjoying myself! Proceed with your attempts to woo me. DO YOUR WORST."

The teen put on her determined face. "All right! Here I go!"

Tilting her head and putting her index finger to her lips, she tried to think of how to start the date off with. She then turned her attention towards his flaming head, and the first question came to her.

"Flame Demon! Flame Demon! Why is Your Head on Fire?" she asked in an almost child-like voice.

"When a human becomes a demon, they are reborn into a more appropriate form. This form was the most appropriate one for me, considering the circumstances of my ascension to demonhood." He stated.

Midori nodded, but she zoned out for a bit; she was fascinated by the fact that the detail in his flames really did move like, well, the flames of a fire. "It's a good look on you" she remarked.

That got him to faze a bit. "W-What?! That's a ridiculous statement!"

"It's true though!" she said.

The flame demon crossed his arms. "Hmph. How bothersome."

'I got him a little flustered. Good. Let's keep at it!' She said to herself.

"Flame Demon! Flame Demon! Who were you before you were a demon?" she asked in that schoolgirl voice again.

"The year that I first drew breath was 1431. I was born into a wealthy family. I enjoyed a life of privilege and luxury." He told her. "Local peasants, unsatisfied with their lot in life, grew envious of my family's wealth. Eventually, their envy turned to rage. One day, a mob of peasants marched into my family's manor, intent on stealing our valuables. My mother and father attempted to resist, but they were no match for dozens of armed peasants."

Midori's eyes widened, she could already tell that something dark was about to happen. The demon's tone then changed and he looked towards the ground.

"The peasants beat my parents savagely. When my mother and father were at the brink of death, the peasants burned them alive. Afterwards, the peasants raided the manor, taking everything of value. When they were finished, they burned the manor to the ground. I hid during the peasant's assault, and so I escaped without injury. However, I witnessed my parents beaten and burned to death."

The young high school student looked at him with sympathy in her emerald eyes. "I'm so sorry."

"For what?" he asked.

"For what you had to go through...it's so sad." She said.

"Hmph. Well, I was able to obtain my revenge in the end." He said. "My desire to take vengeance on the peasants was so strong that I performed a demonic ritual to commune with a demon. The demon took an interest in me. We struck a deal, and I performed a sacrifice, the demon granted me the power to control fire. I was reborn into the form that you see before you. I took my vengeance. The peasants experienced everything that they subjected my parents to...and more. I had become a being that was no longer welcome in the human world. And so, once my vengeance was complete, I left the human world for the demon realm."

Midori smiled once more. And thought of probably the most dumbest and childish question. "Flame Demon! Flame Demon! Where do demons come from?"

The flame demon rubbed his face. "You truly are an ignorant human...to think that you made it this far without knowing such a thing..."

"At least I can learn from a cool demon like you" she said.

"H-Huh?! I-I mean...Yes! You are given a great privilege to learn from a demon like me." He said.

'Hehe, playing up on his pride. Great strategy. Go me!' she thought.

"A demon is a human that has discarded their humanity in exchange for great power. A very specific set of circumstances are required in order for a human to become a demon." He explained. "First, a human must somehow commune with a demon. The human must express their desire to forsake humanity and embrace demonhood. If the demon decided that the human is worthy, the demon will offer a deal. The human must perform a great sacrifice. After the sacrifice has been performed, the demon will grant the human the power that they desire. It's extremely uncommon for a demon to judge a human to be worthy of demonhood."

"How come I only saw three demons when I entered the demon realm?" she asked.

"There were actually dozens of other demons present, but only three chose to make themselves visible to you." He said.

"What do you do all day in the demon realm?" she asked.

"There are very few activities available within the demon realm. From the demon realm, one can gaze upon any person or location in the human world. It is quite amusing. It is much like your human invention, the television." He said.

"Have you ever taken an interest to a human?" she asked.

"Why would I do that?" he inquired

Midori shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know. I mean, it would be more fun than just watching them, don't you think?"

"I've never been interested in humans like that. I am only interested in their souls."

"Their souls?" she exclaimed.

"A demon's power and lifespan are determined by the number of human souls that the demon has consumed. When my power wanes, I strike a bargain with a human in order to acquire their souls so that I may continue living." He said. "Some demons prefer to make their lives more interesting by gambling their souls amongst one another. Gambling with a foolish or gullible demon is an excellent way to quickly acquire a few human souls. Some demons are agreeable, and fraternizing with them can be enjoyable. However, most demons...do not make good company."

"Flame Demon! How many other demons are in the demon realm?" she asked.

"I have never bothered to count the exact number, but I know that there are over one hundred of us." He answered.

The green haired teen giggled a little. "Are any as amazing as you?"

This also made him unsettle. "W-Where is this coming from?!"

"I'm just curious! You're so interesting and stuff. I doubt any other demon is like you..." she beamed.

"Bah!" he spat out.

Midori's grin only grew bigger.'Haha! He is so adorable when he's flustered!' she applaud.

"So, are you enjoying yourself yet?" she asked.

"...I...well…" he stuttered. "...speaking to a human in this manner...being asked questions...providing answers...talking about myself...I…"

She then saw that a pink tinge began to appear on his flame head, indicating that the demon was in fact blushing. "...it's not...disagreeable..." he remarked. He then straightened up and the blush disappeared. "But make no mistake! You are not wooing me. I am not wooed. You'll have to woo harder than that."

"Hmmm…" she pouted. Pursuing this guy was a lot trickier than she thought.

Nevertheless, she asked him the last question she could think of. "Flame Demon! Who are the other two demons that I saw with you?"

"Are you asking for their names? A demon's true name is a closely guarded secret. To know a demon's human birth name is to have power over that demon. I will not give you such power." He said. "When a human achieves demonhood, they are granted a title that reflects their nature. I am the Flame Demon. The two demons who accompanied me when you entered the demon realm are known as the Pain Demon and the Lust Demon."

'Ok, I think I've done a good amount of wooing. Now to finish it off!' she thought.

"I'd like to mention that you look…hot." She flirted.

"I will not be moved by such remarks. If you are attempting to make me swoon, you are failing miserably. I…" he then paused to rethink what she just said. "…Oh…it is a jest. You are referencing the fact that I have a flame for a face. Your jests are poor quality human! I remain thoroughly unwooed."

Midori frowned at him. But it soon vanished when her emerald eyes stared at his majestic burning flames, despite her mind screaming to stop looking, the irresistible urge to be close to him was overpowering. Flutters churned inside of her stomach, she wanted him SO bad it seems.

Her cheeks blushed heavily. "You make my heart burn for you…" she said softly.

The flame demon only took it as a jest. "Your flame puns do not affect me!" he exclaimed.

"No! I'm being serious!" she cried desperately. "I've never felt this way about anyone before! You're very special to me!"

Midori then stood straight and put her right hand over her heart. "I, Midori Gurin, am in love with the flame demon!" she said as loud as she can, like she wanted the whole world to hear her. Her face showed determination as her cheeks were even redder than the petals of a blossom tree. "I want to be with you Flame Demon! My feelings for you are so great; they burn harder than the flame you can conjure! If you think that I'm not serious, you can take my soul right now and I won't try and stop you!"

The flame demon was at a loss for words. He just stood there for a bit, studying how her confession match with what the emotion in her emerald eyes showed. "…I…" he began.

"Yes?" she asked.

The blush from earlier came back onto his flame head as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I…I enjoyed myself human, or should I say, Midori Gurin. This date was very interesting." He said.

"I…I don't know how you've done it human, but somehow…within the span of a single day, you've made me feel…fond of you. Have I been seduced? Bewitched? Dare I say it-wooed?" He then held her hands ever so gently. "I want to belong to you, and I want you to belong to me. I want you to stay by my side for all eternity. I want to be held in your embrace until the end of time. I thought that I no longer had a heart to give…but my heart is now yours. Congratulations Midori…you've conquered a demon."

Midori gave him the biggest smile that anyone ever saw on a person, and all she wanted to do was hug him and keep him there. Instead she rested her arms on both of his and he pulled her up towards him, holding her as they stared at one another lovingly. It was if their minds weren't concentrating on anything but the one standing in front of them.

"Wh…What are we going to do now, beloved?" he asked.

Midori knew she could feel his feeling in the vow. She swallowed and brought up her courage to answer him. She had been holding down the urge to kiss him for so long after all, and here they finally has the chance, and she wasn't going to let it go so easily.

"Kiss me…" she whispered.

"I like the way you think." He remarked.

She listened to his words and closed her eyes, and his burning lips touched hers. She was surprised by how his lips against hers felt, his lips were warm and how they didn't seem to burn her skin made her feel more comforting. Their bodies felt hot all over as their lips continued to stay intact, and it was enough for them to not want to pull back. The silver moonlight cuts through the night sky like a blade, shining onto the two.

Oh My God, the ending is just too cute to take in!

Moving on, this story only took me three days to write, and, surprisingly enough, the story wasn't even edited over. Well, except for the fact that I read this out loud to my parent's, and they thought that it was perfect. =^v^=

Midori is kind of out of character in here, because I highly doubt that she would ever try and woo a person and succeed in the end. Hell, I highly doubt that she would ever be in a romantic relationship with anyone.

Well, that's all I have for right now. Come back next time to see what I'll have in store for you.

Until next time, adios readers.
