One-Shot: Serena Kiss

The classic motorcar rumbled down a stretch of dirt road. Pulling to a stop, George Pemberton exited the driver's seat before running around to help his wife, Serena Shaw Pemberton, out of the passenger's side.

"Keep your eyes closed!" he warned her, as he opened her door. He took her hand, smiling at her amused giggle. "Step down... watch your head," helping her avoid the stretched roof of the car. "One more... one more..." Serena was now safely down the steps.

"OK, OK," George ran around and enveloped his wife in a hug from behind. "On three, you can open your eyes. "One... two... three..."

Serena opened her eyes to look upon a stunning view from the North Carolina mountains. A valley, with a rustic cabin nestled in the deepest part, chimney smoke rising into the clear blue sky. "That's beautiful, George," she marveled.

"And that's just the start!" George laughed, his infectious smile giving away how pleased he was by his wife's reaction. "I bought an amazing property in Brazil!" As a timber tycoon, George could afford such luxuries, even when many others could not during the Depression.

"Brazil?" Serena raised an eyebrow, intrigued.

"Yes. Furs and forests for hundreds of miles. Mahogany. Raw. Beautiful." George took her in his arms, his voice growing soft as he pictured it in his mind's eye. "Completely untouched."

His eyes were suddenly drawn to her breasts and he delicately undid the ties around her bra, just visible beneath Serena's large fur coat. "You can't find something like that in America." But he didn't seem to be talking about the property anymore.

"You want that, don't you?" Serena inquired, half a statement, half a question.

"More than anything," George breathed.

"I never thought I'd find you," she sighed, eyes full of love and only for him. "I never thought I'd find anyone. Really. You have no idea."

Husband and wife spoke as one, leaning in together and capturing each other's lips with their own in a sensuous, passionate kiss. Serena's hand caressed over George's neck as she closed her eyes in pleasure. She opened her mouth wider to him as they came together again. George turned his head to the other side, and then back again, as he worked to deepen the kiss - worked to keep this woman's mouth sealed against his.

And there they stood, two people - two spouses - lost in love and in wild paradise.

A/N: Whew! And there's another batch! I just had to get these down because I love the cover images. I have one more one shot coming your way. Here's the catch: there is no kissing whatsoever! It will be very involved, so it might be a bit before I get it published. I am also in the midst of writing another epic, the first part of which I may publish today on my other channel.
