A Broken Heart
As the wind blows and the storm clouds roll in I watch as it starts to rain...that's when the fight between us broke out. You start yelling at me and tell me that it's over between us. I watched as you walked out of the door into the cold rainy night never to see you smile again or to hear you tell me that you care or even love me.
The nights get so lonely without you here to keep me from going insane. I didn't even think that you might love someone else. That's okay in time my heart that you broke simply with just words will heal over time, but the one thing that will always remain with me is how much you loved me. I'll always love you.
