I own a purple mug and a purple jacket and purple hi-cut converse and a dozen other purple stuffs but no, I do not own YYH, unfortunately not even my favorite character's purple eyes.
A Time To Heal
.
A grave was set in the middle of an unknown forest. Cherry trees stood on each side of the tombstone, casting shadows to the lovely flowers surrounding it, making it seem like a sacred shrine. Shades of pink, purple and sky blue dominates the scene.
A young girl, at most eight years of age, kneels in front of the tombstone. Clad in a kimono that is the lightest shade of pink, her shoulder-length sky blue hair tied in a ponytail. She bowed her head, stray locks of hair almost touching her cheeks. Her little hands clasped together as if in prayer.
A short moment of silence, the little girl lost in her own silent world.
Then she heard her name being called.
She looked behind, and found herself staring up to an equally golden pair of eyes. Her brother stood there, his auburn hair and white training clothes slightly ruffled by the wind. Though they are of the same age, the girl now sees him as an older brother, capable of protecting her from danger. It was only a year since their mother died, and he seemed to have grown years.
"It's starting to snow. Father wants me to bring you home."
She nodded. "I was just saying goodbye."
"I know." The boy walked towards her, and helped her up. He stared at her eyes, ones that had once sparkled with happiness and mischief. Now the spark was gone, and all that is left is loneliness. He wanted to weep like the boy he was, but he had to be strong. For his twin sister.
She stood, but did not leave her place. "You should say goodbye. We are not sure if we will ever return."
He nodded, and knelt in front of the tombstone, imitating his sister's position when he found her. He touched the name etched on the stone. He did it as softly as he did when he touched their mother's face a short moment before she died.
He shut the memories that started to flood his mind, and held out one hand. A beautiful, intricate, pink flower started to bloom from his palm. Their mother's favorite, which their father had said to be a symbol of love and affection and of good luck. All symbolisms of which reminds them of her. He placed it carefully on the ground, and whispered goodbye.
They held each other's hand and started to leave. Maybe they will return someday.
For now, they need some time away, a time to heal.

A/N: I'm not going to make you guess, I think it's pretty obvious who the parents are ;)
