I look at what I had written. It was all the truth. I love Kai more than anything else in the world. But I don't have enough courage to tell him that I love him. I hear someone coming and snap the notebook shut. I then stand up leaving the book on the desk. Kai enters the room and I feel a slight blush crawl over my cheeks. Kai narrows his eyes at me, and I walk out the room. But before I reach the door, Kai speaks to me, "You forgot this, Rei, he says. I turn around and I see him leafing through the book that I left on the desk. I freeze, praying silently that he will skip the page where I wrote my poem. He opens the book at a page and reads what is written there. His eyes widen. "Rei, did you write this?" he asks me. I nod, and my face turns bright red. I turn around because I am unable to look at Kai. I feel a hand on my shoulder, and I stiffen. Then I hear Kai's voice. "I had no idea you felt that way about me, Rei." then he closes the door, and faces me. My face is still bright red. I look at the floor because I can't look at his beautiful eyes knowing that he knows how I feel about him. "It's alright Rei. I love you too. I have for so long and I haven't had the courage to tell you." He puts his hand under my chin and pushes my face up so I am forced to look at his face. I am surprised by what he said, and even more surprised to see him smiling. Then he kisses me. I wrap my arms around him and he does also. And then the door is swung open revealing Tyson. He just has to spoil everything doesn't he. He stands in the doorway with his mouth hanging wide open. We break the kiss and glare at Tyson. Tyson backs away from us. I slam the door shut after him. I smile at Kai and kiss him.
