HPFC Rebirth of the Daily Weird Thing challenge.
Prompt: Someone does a silly dance.
One day, long before Frisk, or even Chara, fell into the Underground, there was another human. His name was Steve. Everybody forgot about Steve, and he wasn't really ever noticed in neither the human world nor the Underground.
Flowey didn't teach him anything. Toriel walked straight past him, not helping. Papyrus wouldn't date him. Sans didn't tell him any bad puns. And Undyne never chased him.
It was almost as if... He didn't exist.
Nevertheless, Steve continued his "adventure" through the Underground, until one day, he stumbled upon a tiny village of weird dog-cat things. Temmies, if he remembered correctly.
Expecting to be ignored like normal, he started wiggling his arms and doing a silly dance. It's not like anybody would see him anyway.
All of a sudden, one Temmie shouted out, "Mushroom dance! Mushroom dance!" Steve was very confused, but kept wiggling, and all of the other Tems joined in, chanting, "Mushroom dance! Mushroom dance!"
Using the mystical power of Tem, they formed a circle around Steve, and transformed him into a mushroom.
Even to this day, poor Steve stands in the corner of Temmie Village, dancing his silly dance for all of eternity.
