A/N: Hi there. I wrote this poem a long time ago and as I was looking through my documents on my computer, I found it and realised I haven't posted this one. This is another Frodo and Sam poem, done in both their points of view in alternate verses. This is one of my personal favourites as I spent a lot of time on it. Please review it as it would mean a lot. Also, thanks to Michelle Frodo, cause I seem to remember you helping me out with a few words in this one, so thanks to you. Love Arwen xxxxx

I have to go, I have to leave
Sam won't understand
The Ring was bound to me, my fate
The world rests in my hand
Frodo, please, where are you?
I run, I search for you
I see you at the riverside
Crying, and I cry too
This is it, I have to do this
And I run, climb into the boat
I grab my oar, push myself out
I feel lonely inside, remote
Frodo, don't go without me
I promised I'd never lose you
Without you I'd feel empty
Without you I'd feel blue
Sam, you can't swim, go back!
You don't listen, you swim even more
I reach for your hand, hold onto you
I pull you to the shore
You saved my life Mr Frodo
As you pull me up, hold me tight
I'm coming with you regardless
I'll help you through this plight
Oh Sam where would I be without you?
My faithful friend always there
Come Sam, let's make this journey
Two friends, both of us, a pair.
