Prologue

Altera, country of Nasods. A mysterious floating island in the middle of Elrios. Where the Ponggo species dwells. Where the Twin Guardians, Ignis and Leviathan live and protect.

This island focuses on technology and is rather unattached to the rest of Elrios. Forming an alliance with only one county, Bethma. Altera makes Nasods and gave birth to Crow Rider. It has no contact with Ruben or Elder. Fair terms with Feita and Velder. Hamel and Altera have never been on the best terms.

Sitting on the very top, the one who brought down the tyrannical King Nasod. Yes, sitting in the center of the Altera Core, the reigning Little Queen of Nasods. Eve.

Chapter One

I was beginning to get irritated. And bored. Two emotions I feel often when I deal with the Chief Ponggo, Adel. "Mistress Eve! Are you listening?" Adel said, flustered. "I am, Adel. I am aware of the fact that we only have on alliance." I answered tiredly. "We need more! If we go into war, could you ima-" I held up my hand. "Enough Adel. I will think on it. You are dismissed." Adel bowed and left. I sighed. "Ophelia, bring me some tea at once." She nodded and went to get tea. While she was gone, I took a look at my kingdom. Ponggos working on Nasods and chattering with each other. I got up from my throne and the entire place went silent. "You." I pointed at a small Ponggo quivering in fear. "Yes, Milady?" She answered. "When Ophelia gets back, tell her that I am going to get some fresh air. I will be back shortly." I ordered. She nodded. Two Ponggos opened the gates for me. I nodded at them and went out. Altera Island was buzzing with life. The Cobo service selling, the Chief telling stories to the smaller ones, Crow Rider training with the older ones. All eyes turned to me. They all bowed. "Carry on with your activities." I nodded. Suddenly, a cry was heard. "MISTRESS EVE!" Agatha, a very loud and outspoken one hollered. "What is it?" I answered. She pushed the the crowds and grabbed my arms, panting. "Ignis...Leviathan...we..have..visitors."

I was still trying to compute what she said. We never get visitors. Well, ones that the Twins can't scare off. "Have the Twins taken care of it?" I answered, staying calm. "No, Milady. The visitor insists that he see you." Agatha said. "Where is he from?" I inquired. No one ever asks to see me. I was truly curious. Agatha hesitated. "Agatha. Answer me at once." I said in a firm voice. "Hamel." She quickly said. I blinked. "Hamel." I repeated. She nodded.

"Oberon." I called. He immediately appeared at my side. I was flaring with anger. Someone from Hamel! They have the nerve. I'll just show them how deadly the person who took down King Nasod can be. "Come with me at once. Be on standby." I ordered. He nodded and held his hands behind his back. When we finally reached the outskirts of the Island, I caught a glimpse of the stranger. He was in full armor and he held the flag of Hamel. "Ignis, Leviathan, stand back." I ordered. The did as told. I had gotten a closer look. He had blue eyes with pupils like animal paws. His hair was blond with brown tips with a small ponytail that reached his neck. What a strange looking person. Such feminine features.

"You look like a girl."
