Naruto was sitting at his dining room table eating lunch when his six year old daughter walked in the room. She was home early from school, probably because Shikamaru wanted a nap. He really did love his students but he was still the laziest ninja in the village.
Naruto had named his daughter Kushina after his own mother. Even though he didn't really know her, he did know her most distiguishing feature was her deep red hair. His daughter was born with that hair too.
She came in and sat across from him at the table and said, "Daddy, whats a period?" Naruto nearly choked on his lunch. "What did you just say?" he asked. "Well, Misa said not to mess with her sister because she was mean when she was having her period. What is it?" Kushina answered.
"Um...well...ya see" Naruto began. He really didn't know how to talk about something like this. "Go ask your mother." He finally told her. She started to pout but got off the chair to go look for her mom anyway.
