In a turn of events I'm not really going to go into, Rose doesn't die now cause she looked in the TARDIS, so she comes back to The Doctor at his eleventh regeneration and they get married.
This story takes place about two years after that.

The Ultimate Ginger.
The Doctor ran down the hall ignoring the people telling him not to run in the hospital.
Rose needed him, she needed him now.
I'm such an idiot for not being there! The Doctor thought, turning a bend and taking off down the corridor. He came to the room he was looking for and barged in, startling a young man inside.
The Doctor looked around the room. The young man was the only person in there.
Where was she, where was Rose? He looked at the man again, who was just staring at The Doctor, shocked.
"Where is she?"
The man just stared at The Doctor for a moment, before saying "Who sir?"
The Doctor grabbed the man by the lapels of his uniform. "Where is she, Rose, where is Rose Tyler!"
The man was shaken up a little by The Doctor's reaction, but he hesitantly answered, "Um, Mrs. Rose Tyler was moved up to floor twenty-two, ro-"
The Doctor didn't stay to hear what else the man was going to say, as he took off towards the stairs; much faster then an elevator right now.
The Doctor climbed the stairs at record speed, and wasn't even tired when he got to the top.
He looked up and down the hallways; there were rooms on both sides, numbered one to who knows how many. The Doctor mentally kicked himself for not staying to hear the room number.
He spotted a nurse and ran up to her. "Excuse me, but what room is Rose Tyler in!"
The nurse jumped in surprise.
"Sorry," she said apologizing for jumping "Ah, yes Rose Tyler, um - are you a relative?" the nurse asked eyeing him up and down.
The Doctor staggered back a little.
"Related! I'm her bloody husband!" He yelled.
The nurse smiled. "Ah yes, she was talking about you…" She eyed him again. "Thought you'd be taller."
"I don't care that I'm not 'taller', where is Rose?"
The nurse smiled again. "She's in room twelve, tha -"
Again, The Doctor didn't stay to hear the rest. He ran down the direction the nurse had pointed.
Upon reaching room twelve, The Doctor stopped. He wanted to make sure Rose was in this room. He opened the door a crack and looked in.
Rose was sitting up slightly in the hospital bed, holding a small bundle.
The Doctor closed the door and took a deep breath, then let it out, then took another deep breath and let that one out too.
He was about to take another, but was interrupted.
"Aren't you going to come in?" He could hear Rose ask through the door.
The Doctor sheepishly opened the door again and took a tentative step inside.
"Hello," he said quietly
"Hello," Rose said back, smiling. The Doctor shifted from one foot to the other.
"Sorry I'm late."
Rose let out a soft laugh.
"It's okay. Wanna' come see?" She gestured to the small bundle in her arms.
The Doctor walked over slowly and looked down at the little figure Rose was holding so delicately. He looked up at her hesitantly.
"Hold out your arms," Rose said, still smiling. He held them out and Rose carefully laid the bundle in his arms.
The Doctor smiled boldly. Rose gave a small laugh and said, "You know what, Doctor… after all your regenerations, you finally got your ginger."
The Doctor moved the blanket a bit and got a clear view of a little, pink baby-face with the reddest hair he ever saw.
"The Ultimate Ginger," he said with a smile .
