I couldn't sleep today and decided play around on the internet. Started to watch a few youtube videos which lead me to "TFP Breakdown and Knockout-Lucy" by TheGenie11. I cried a little and just pulled up a word document and had to write. I didn't know what would come of it, but I am pleased with it. Enjoy.

This song was given to me on my birthday from my sister.

Knockout sat silently in his medbay on the Nemesis as memories of Breakdown started to flood his head. It had been a Earth week since he had found out that his love had been taken from him and to this day he had stayed strong, but today was different. He almost felt as if the world was ending and he had to get out. He needed to drive and take his mind of of him. Standing up and walking to the ground bridge, he pulled up the coordinates to the area where Breakdown last went and left the Nemesis. Upon arrival, Knockout went to a local store and summoned his holoform, allowing the slim, red haired, male to enter the building.

"Welcome, may I help you?" the shop owner asked.

"Yes, I need to get a dozen roses please," he said softly.

The small shop owner smiled as she went and pulled out her best dozen of roses and brought them to the counter and handed them to the male.

"Are these for a lover?" she asked as she rung him up.

Knockout nodded as he handed her the only human money he had and left. Placing the roses in the seat of his form, he let his holoform disappear and began to drive to the woods where they had tried to recover Breakdown's body. He was unsure as to what he was doing, but something told him that he was doing right.

Reaching the location, he transformered and pulled out the roses carefully. He placed them on the ground in front of the rock as he sat down on his knees after brushing the ground clean.

"Hey Breakdown," Knockout said softly. "I figured that this would be the best place to come and talk to you. If anything the organics say is true, then if your soul is still around, it will be here. Things on the Nemesis are quiet without you. Well... not quite, but I don't know how much you want to hear me rant about the ship coming alive and giving us the locations of four new Iacon relics. But I guess what I really came here to say is that... that I miss you. I wish you were back here. I would give up anything to have you back. The cause wouldn't even come close."

Knockout said as he felt lubercant leeking from his eyes. He knew now that if he could go back and change things, then he would. He would go back and tell Breakdown just how much he mattered to him. At the time, he was afraid due to Megatron knowing, but he would risk Megatron knowing if he could have spent the time he did with Breakdown in a more personal way and not just as friends and partners. He could almost see it now. Knockout holding Breakdown in his arms and living as lovers and not just friends. Them holding hands as they walked through the Nemesis not caring if anyone saw them.

At the thought, Knockout just brokedown and started to cry as he covered his eyes and lubercant fell from his face onto the roses on the ground at his knees. Why did this have to happen to Breakdown? Why not let this happen to the wretched bitch Airachnid? Or that traitor Starscream? Why did it have to be his love Breakdown? It just didn't seem to make any sense to him. But as he cried he almost felt as if the pressure was lifted from him as he wiped the last of the lubercant and stood up and he turned and transformed. He drove off silently before turning on the radio and hearing "Lucy" by Skillet playing. He smiled as he promised to bring Breakdown roses every chance he could.
