The rain bore down mercilessly upon the heart of the city, pounding on the rooftops and turning the streets of the Blackwell City into a warren of stones and waters.

One figure could be seen on the top of the highest building in the city, her grey Trench coat blowing in the wind and grey aluminium leather pants with silver boots being soaked from the rain, the silver belt with Symbol of 'J' with small pouch that attached to a belt, flashing in the lighting, and the grey mask with silver goggles on the person covered face, on the side of that person can be seen the 21 inches long aircraft aluminium with a rubber grip handle batons.

This stranger called Justicar, the protector of the Blackwell City.

This Woman who used to be the beloved hero if this city, this dark and cruel city where crime in every dark corner. In this city the crime is everywhere, in this city you can not trust anyone, this is city of broken people, people who will turn on you if you give them a chance. This is a crime city.

One she was one of them, of broken, perhaps she still is, until she lost everything, but gained something more precious. Still the feeling of emptiness never left her, it like a void. A never ending dark void that consume everything, so you are left felling nothing.

That is why she is always alone, that is why she never have ties, no comrades. Why? Because they are weakness, they could become an enemy any moment. In this city there is no loyalty, not anymore. So here she is listening on the police radio, there seems some Lotus member are selling new drugs. They had to have an base.

Today she is a hunter, and they are her prey. Watching the truck with the Lotus members driving towards the Old City, where orphans and homeless leave, is the cue she needs.

Jumping of the building, and using her slingshot to catch the edge of the other building, she made her way to the abounded district.

She jumped from one building to another, before coming to a stop in front of a old warehouse, a car was parked in front of it. Justicar used her goggles to see the heat signature of those around these part, she could see the footprints leading to the east towards one of the houses.

She fallowed them to the big old house, the chalky paint fell in fragments leaving the splintered door a bare tarp. Justicar gnarled its way through broken windows, she took wary steps over the broken glass, using her goggles to see any clue to her targets. Her footsteps echoes throughout the empty halls, before stopping in front of an hided door on the floor, her silver eyes narrowed as she used the goggles who could not see through the hiding door, she used one of her gadget which looked like an pen and the red laser cut the small opening in the door for her to get through it.

She jumped down without a sound she dropped to the floor, before a white blinding light cut her vision dark and a deep gravely voice cut throught the silence.

''Well, look what we have here boys? The Justicar herself come to visit us, lets welcome her shall we?''
