So, I'm making little one-shots since I felt that I have many ideas for stories and I couldn't write them and update them as much as I can since it would be hundreds of stories. I thought it would be easier to make one-shots to possibly satisfy myself and maybe you guys too.
If you guys want me to continue a one-shot and continue it, then I could maybe do for you ;)
Anyway, enjoy!

Main Characters: Percy Jackson, Thalia Grace
Minor: Artemis, Zoe Nightshade
Percy Jackson ran away from his home as tears ran down his face. His own step father, Gabe Ugliano, had carelessly killed his mother as he finished his third beer. The old fat man took her life without a look of regret or any emotion on his face as he walked away to grab another drink.
The twelve year old boy rested on a bench near a forest park, laying his tired body onto the wooden chair. He was too exhausted he hadn't noticed a girl looking at him as she walked closer to him.
"Hello?" she said softly. He opened his bloodshot eyes and saw a girl with short spiky hair, almost covering her lightning blue eyes.
Percy cleared his rough throat and said, "Hi…"
"Are you okay?" he nodded. "Are you sure? You have blood on your shirt."
The green eyed boy looked down and sat down correctly on the bench, seeing a stain of red covering his stomach. "It's not mine. It's someone else's." the girl's eyes widened as she thought of something entirely different. "No! Not like that; I ran away from home since someone I cared for was… taken from me."
She sat down next to him as her legs were getting tired from an earlier event. "Taken… like kidnapped, or taken, as in the person being above?" Percy nodded and blinked away his tears. "I'm sorry; I didn't mean to remind you of…" she slapped her forehead. "Shut up, Thalia. You're making it worse." She angrily whispered to herself.
"It's okay. It happens to people that we talk out with stupidity." He smiled and took his hand out. "It's nice to meet you Thalia; Name's Percy." The black haired girl grinned back and shook it. "So what're you doing out here? I don't think you would run from anything with someone that has that." He pointed to a bow and quiver wrapped around her body.
"I just- " she saw interrupted as girls in armor walked out of the forest with weapons in hand. Her eyes widened and stood up. "I need to go; duty calls."
"Wait," Thalia looked back. "I'll see you again, right?"
She smirked and said, "One day, maybe." before she ran away to the girls. As she caught up with them, a Persian girl with dark colored features hit her behind the head. "Ow! What the Hades?"
"What do you think you're thinking?" the girl shouted, scowling.
"Enough, Zoe. She was concerned is all." A twelve year old girl said.
"But Lady Artemis, it was towards a boy! Are we not forbidden to seek sympathy and emotion to them?" Zoe pointed out.
"I know the boy myself. Just leave him be; he's had a hard time with his… family. It's enough that he has more to handle in the future." Artemis walked away. "Come, we have bigger things to worry about in now."
The hunters looked among themselves in confusion, but ignored it as they walked with her. Thalia looked back one more time at the boy cleaning his arms in the small lake across the bench.
"One day."
I know; it's short. But I could write a part two in the future. Hope you guys liked it and I'll see you later.
