Notes/Warnings: This is a future drabble that sort of goes with the Numb3rs fic I'm currently writting, but it's stand alone as well. This prompt for this was from a LJ Numb3rs fanfic community, and It was to write either 100, 200 or 300 words.

'' She's beautiful ''

'' Just like her mother then '' he grinned. Leaning forward and placing a kiss on his wife's forehead.

He couldn't help but smile as he looked down at the small baby he was holding in his arms. His daughter. She was only two hours old and already he loved her more then life itself and knew he would do anything to protect her. She was four weeks premature and weighed 5lbs and 12oz but she was healthy and that's all that mattered to him.

'' We will have to name her you know. Any ideas daddy ''

He looked up at his wife and smiled again as she called him daddy.

'' I don't know mummy '' he teased '' I've always liked the name Emilie ''

'' Emilie...It's a pretty name and I like it. But there's another name I've always liked. '' Mia answered. Wondering if Colby would like the name she wanted to give to their daughter.

'' Go on tell me ''

'' Ava ''

'' Ava...Ava Granger. I love it. What do you think little one '' he asked. Looking down at his daughter who was now asleep again '' Shall we call you Ava. ''

Of course he knew she wasn't going to answer him, but he looked at her for a second longer before looking back up at his wife who was smiling.

'' I think she likes it. Ava Granger. How about Ava Margaret Granger ''

'' Margaret...you mean...after..''

He nodded as he smiled at her, knowing how much she missed her mum and knowing how much it would mean to her for their daughter to have her grandmothers name.

'' Oh Colby...Thank you ''

'' You know she's going to be a daddy's girl ''

'' Of course, and she'll have you wrapped around her little finger ''

'' She's not dating till she's 30 '' he teased.

'' I heard that ''

'' Good ''
