One sunny morning, there was a lovely brunette sleeping inside her room. It was a silent morning; nothing was heard except for the brunette's breathing until...

beep..beep..beep..beep..

Urg! What's that beeping? I wanna sleep some more..

beep..beep..beep..beep..

Please turn off that annoying beep!

beep..beep..beep..beep..

Okay, that's the third beep I heard.. If I hear another beep; I will explode!

silence…silence…silence…

Thank goodness, whatever it was it stopped eventually. Now I will go back to sleep..

riiiiiiiiiiiiing..riiiiiiiiiiiing..riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing..

Urg! Now what?

riiiiiiiiiiiiing..riiiiiiiiiiiing..riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing..

"AHHHHHHHHHHH! I JUST WANNA SLEEP! WHY CAN'T IT STAY THAT WAY?" she questioned no one angrily.

riiiiiiiiiiiiing..riiiiiiiiiiiiing..riiiiiiiiiii-

"WHAT?" she shouted at the poor and defenseless telephone.

"Ba-ka! Were you still sleeping? You'll miss the bus if you don't come here with 5 minutes." A monotone voice was heard.

"Oh Hotaru, it's you. Wait, what? What bus?" the brunette asked.

"Mikan, you baka. Have you forgotten that we will have a fieldtrip today?" Hotaru asked.

"WHAT? We have a fieldtrip today? Why didn't you wake me up earlier?" Mikan asked, half shouting.

"Baka, we've been sending you emails.. Yet I am certainly sure that you didn't mind your phone." Hotaru informed her.

"Oh. So the beeping earlier was my phone, now I know." Mikan concluded.

"Whatever baka. Hurry up, you only have 4 minutes and left." Hotaru stated.

"What? Oh. Wait Hotaru! Please!" Mikan begged.

"Just hurry up, will you? Meet you at the gate." Hotaru said.

"Okay! Just, WAIT FOR ME!" Mikan shouted while ending the call.

-2 minutes and 10 seconds later-

"SHOOT! I only have 1 minute and 50 seconds left and the gate takes about 2 minutes from here! Then I have no choice but to run as fast as I can!" Mikan declared as she ran really fast.

-1 minute and 51 seconds later-

"Good! Got here in time for th- WHAT THE? Where's the bus? Was I late? No way!" Mikan exclaimed, crying.

"Baka. What are you crying for?" a raven haired girl asked.

"Yes Mikan? What's wrong?" a blue haired girl seconded.

"Are you hurt?" a bubblegum pink haired girl finished.

"Hotaru! Nonoko! Anna! Why? What? How?" Mikan asked, bewildered.

"Huh? What do you mean Mikan-chan?" Anna wondered.

"Why are you still here?" Mikan asked.

"Uhh, we're here, uhm, waiting for, uhh, you?" Anna answered hesitantly.

"What about the bus for the fieldtrip?" Mikan asked again.

"Oh, that. There's no such thing as a fieldtrip." Nonoko answered calmly.

"WHAT? How could you trick me?" Mikan asked, now crying again.

"Stop crying baka. That's what friends are for." Hotaru answered monotonely stoic. (a/n: not sure if there's a word for "monotonely")
