a/n: Hello all! This is my first poem I've ever submitted and it also happens to be my first thing for Yu-Gi-Oh! I wrote this for my English class and I was thinking about posting it and one of my friends (UchihaHyugaGlow) said I should. So some credit goes to her. It's written to show the drastic differences and subtle similarities between Ryou Bakura and his Yami. Read on!
Two sides of one coin
One side, bright as the face of the sun
The other shadowy as the dark side of the moon
Yin and yang
Both are polar opposites
Yet alike at the same time
Ryou; bright, cheery, friendly
Always smiling, honest
Trustworthy, loyal to a fault
But alone
His father's an archeologist
His mother and sister, Amane, died
Bakura; dark, evil, cold
Always glaring, dishonest
Untrustworthy, murderous
All alone
His whole village massacred
To create the Millennium Items
Two different sides to one same coin
OwariSo? What did ya think? Please R&R!
