His eyes. Wide and strained. His eyes told a thousand tales in a second, but it was so upsetting that he would never speak them.

It's too late, it's too late…

His cheeks, getting paler as time ticked on. The colder they got, the more she felt numb.

Time goes by, time goes by…

His lips. Cracked and white, they made barely audible whispers.

Save him, save him…

His hair, once shiny and smooth, was now trapped on his face, mussed and lifeless.

Time won't rewind, it can't ever rewind…

His hands were clenching the wound, which was spilling with crimson blood. He could barely move, could barely breathe. Seconds went by. She looked back at his once soft hands; they were covered in blood.

Don't just stand, don't just watch…

His face was losing color, his breath was becoming shorter. She looked at him, and her tear-filled blue eyes met his dying emerald orbs. There was nothing that could be done, she could only pray.

Don't fade away, don't ever fade away…

In the last moments, he managed to gain enough consciousness. She slowly bent her head and kissed him lightly, for the last time.

I'll fall with you.

Then she began to fade too.
