Hey y'all! I've been bored out of my mind for the past couple of hours so I finally decided to write down a little poem I've had stuck in my head for a while. It's an epic poem (or maybe not so epic) based on the fight between Kenpachi and Nnoitra, probably my two favorite characters. So, okay, here we go! And I'm sorry if my poetry writing is kinda weirded out. Yeah, I can't fix that...
A silence envelops the battlefield
One who fights, no holds barred
The other, holds back till the bitter end
White and black, sun and moon
They are the baselines of the spectrum
A flash, one starts
The other grins in delight
Steel on steel, flashes of yellow and streaks of red
A warrior, bringing the wrath of the moon down on he who fights with a nameless being
Immortal, eternal in his own mind
Finally one seems to overcome the other
But it is all for naught
The sword leaves no trace, save for going through Odin's mark
A cruel deception, leaving the two on equal ground
And yet, it only brings joy to the nameless one
So, both fight with a renewed spirit, and angry force
Until one by one, each grows in strength
Each removing the mark of he who scourges the sea
One becoming Mars, the other descending to the level of Shiva
But in a battle of the gods, who can win?
The final showdown, on the desert floor
The saint facing the demon
But in the end, the moon must always be chased away by the sun
A brilliant yellow beam cuts through
Still, there is no backing down, as a warrior falls
Bringing with him a legacy of strength and weakness, anger and sorrow
And that was the battle of the sun and moon
Sorry for all the stupid sun, light, day, night, blah blah blah references, but if you watch the actual fight and do a little research it'll help. And no, I wasn't high while writing this. Please, review!
P. S. The eyepatch bit was a little insane, I know.
