The Fourth Quarter Quell

I do not own any thing from Inkheart or The Hunger Games

There I was, in the middle of Barnes and Noble trying to prevent a Goldtounge from changing the final book of The Hunger Games series Mockingjay. "Look, put that down right now, or I will beat you up in a place where you wouldn't expect to go. That book." He smirked. "No, only you are going..." I jumped for the book. "FOR REAL!" he shouted. He faced the pages towards me. A tornado of words, fire, and dust flew at me. I was sucked into the book! I landed in a valley. Two children where playing. A man and a women looked at me weird. I knew who the man and woman were. Peeta and Katniss. "What are you doing here, Mave?" I looked around. "Who? Me?" "Yes, you what are you doing here?" I turned my head. "I, I'm not from here." Peeta smiled. "Of course your not, you're from District Four!" I tried to explain my story and how I got here, but I couldn't physically say it. It was also fading away. "We will get you back to your uncle in no time, but it may have to be tomorrow. Do you mind staying a night?" I nodded. Uncle? Who is that? I don't want to go to a hospital for amnesia. I followed them to their house. Amaryllis and Rie were their children's names. "You can even watch the Quarter Quell announcement with us, Mave!" Amaryllis exclaimed. Apparently, the Goldtoungue had changed it so Katniss and other important people's kids could not be chosen for The Hunger Games. There was a new president, President Fire. He was supposed to not be as mean as the formal president, so I wondered why we were still having The Hunger Games. We turned on the tv to see the president at his podium. He had red hair, and was thin. He held a piece of paper to his hand. Also, the districts seemed to be less poor, so it seemed to have everyone living in the Victor's Village. "Rie, turn up the volume." Peeta said. "Yes daddy." He replied. The president had a powerful voice. " To remind us of the peoples fear of the weapons used in the hunger games, no metal objects will be used in this Quarter Quell." We looked at each other. "Well, hope that isn't you..."

"Mave Hawthorne!" Wow, some luck Katniss. I walked to the District Four stage. The girl, Giova Crisk, stood to my right. The rest of that five minutes became a giant blur. No one visited me except for my uncle and his family. They hugged me, my uncle(get this) Gale told me what Katniss told him about The Hunger Games, and my aunt gave me the same pin Katniss wore during her games, for it was the new symbol for the Capitol and all the Districts. She pinned it on me and said goodbye. Giova and I walked to the train station. When we boarded, Muffie Trinket welcomed us aboard. Our male mentor's name was Farrow Klore. A champion of the 68th Hunger Games. I went straight to the dining room. Donuts, cakes, cookies, and various sorts of pies were laid across the table. Giova walked in behind me. Her long black hair stuck onto a cake, but quickly got peeled off. Muffie and Farrow walked into the room. "Welcome aboard!" Muffie cried. Farrow sat down and picked up a pie. "How soon will we arrive?" I asked. "About two hours!" Muffie said with a smile.
