Puck paced the length of the hall he had been left alone with no warning. He woke up alone and found that his new found family was gone. "I wonder what's going on they never left without me before and never without warning" he thought to himself. The servants watched as he paced. Thinking of all the reasons why they would leave.
"Wait what if Ari is in trouble for picking me as his mate? But we are fated mates so he can't be in trouble." Pucks thoughts raced in his mind. After about two hours the front door opened and his family walked through the door.
"Hey what's going on where did you go?" He asked
"Sorry Robin we got summoned to deal with some lower class vampires that were running around killing people, we thought we would be back before you woke up" Yuki said pulling him into a hug "before you ask Ari will be back he had some place to go real quick" she said as she broke the hug with a smile.
Two day passed and Ari was still not back Puck spend all that time waiting by the front door.
Puck and Ari had only been together as mates for only a mouth and Puck still lived in fear that one day he was going to wake up alone and abandoned again or be told that him and his past had made him too broken to be worth Ari's time to put back together.
Finally at dawn on the third day Puck was lightly shaken awake by some one with raven hair and blue eyes. "Why are you sleeping on the floor but the door my love?" He asked before Puck tackled him in a hug.
" Ari! I thought you had left me forever." Puck all but cried in to his chest.
"No I was just looking for the perfect way to express my feelings for you" Ari said as he held up a CD before leading him back to there room.
After setting the radio up a pressing play a soft song started to play and he heard a female voice start singing.
